That 1st build modified to have a 75 3pt is speaking to me. I realized how important that sharpshooting takeover is. Rebounding is already at max so no board takeovers would be necessary.. might have to lab this one out
@@Rocketman_205 with the high driving and standing for the most part you are dunking the ball so having the high close shot might not get used much, but I definitely see what ya mean
I wanna add that I have a center with HOF rise up who abuses any center who doesn’t have gold paint patroller. If I have Legend (+1) he abuses gold paint patroller. Just a tip to some insides if all you’re trying to do is dunk

Good videos Tonic! Just made a 7’3 its really refreshing playing on a different type of center. Even with low strength to gain some speed I am not getting bodied or boxed out by other centers.
I feel like you could easily combine both of these play styles with that hybrid build you showed. Only thing I'd change is lowering the wingspan from 7'5 to 7'4 to get 80 3 pt. This unlocks make it rain takeover which increase 3 pt, middy, and speed. That makes it very valuable for a slower footer that wants to create his own shot.
@@2kkog-j3d I agree, I wanted this video to cater more to people that play normal and not how I play. A lot of players don't care for the fades and hop shots and dribble pull ups. But my favorite of the 3rd one I show
@@SBzKillFrenzy yesir as long as you know your jumper as a big you can be automatic with a 74. I was testing out a build with 65 3 and even that felt plenty fine for taking spot up open 3s
@@joemontana1111 nah upgrading post control to the highest level you want to get a certain badge is the way to go. I like 87 a lot for the post spin badge on gold, I also like that 79 threshold for post fade phenom gold. Even going high 90s for those hof/legend Post badges would be worth it for a 1v1 build
I find it near impossible to play pic and roll as a big in random rec because anytime I try to roll, I have the rest of my team cutting into the paint. Random rec is very frustrating.
@@curnbzy yeah in random rec guards aren't very good at using a screen to get a shot either, definitely don't recommend it to play with ransoms it's much better playing with a good guard
@ lowkey since you play so much random rec, you could make a series that spotlights randoms and puts their names out there. Just to show that there are good players out there.
My 7 foot 2 way 3 level playmaker has limitless range bronze and HOF set shot and gold deadeye and you get that max plus 1 for any of those at season level 30
@@Jdubbmusic1 I've found holding the ball for a second after a catch or rebound is better than going up immediately as soon as the ball touches you hands. I also tap l2 a lot to get the jab looking animation for better position

@terronvill663 forsure my 1st stretch build has 96 close shot and I use it for a lot of hook shots and paint mashes, but I definitely still miss some takes that I feel like I shouldn't since I invested so much into it
@@T_Nugs against pretty good teams 6'9, anything else might get mashed. 6'7 for park and casual modes. If you wanna use it in actual ProAm leagues you could make a 6'10 work

Hey, I was thinking about making a 7’3 or 7’1 wemby build but I wanted to get y’all opinion, sitting on VC wanna have some fun is the build viable. I see Joey 2K. Joe knows. And other RUclipsrs make a 7’3 build and it looks fun, but cannot compete against good’s Center’s or are you straight up a liability??? I know most 73 built have a 72 to 73 strength can anyone help me out?
@@terronvill663 the skinny 7'3 wemby builds can definitely work in park and rec and other casual modes. If you are trying to use it against a really good team with a really good center with 99 o board and high strength you are going to definitely struggle a bit. But my 7'1 is a lot like that type of build just a couple inches shorter and I make it work. I would recommend you make it and high the mindset that yeah it might not be the best and you may get horsed every now and then but you made the build to have fun

For an inside don’t sleep on the importance of paint prodigy. If you can get it HOF it’s definitely worth it.

you don't wanna sleep on layup on the big imo shot close doesn't work well .. for me at least

My 2 way inside the arc maestro brought the Fun back to 2k25 for me. He only has a 78 middy and a 74 3 ball, but he's $ from the corner.

Nothing beats the 7’1 slasher imo. It’s just too damn fun in the rec.
Made a center with 7’3 wingspan was able to get the 89 middy for gold set shot. 90 standing 92 pass acc 88 block 94 o board. Nastyyy
