Not only the video is amazing in the way it's recorded and prepared, but also the idea of mixing two different bands to perform songs from the other in their own style is just BRILLIANT. I don't understand how this idea is not being used more often, imagine the possibilities of different bands working together and covering the best hits of other bands. A key of success.
i remember back in college I got to do a meet and greet with the guys from AOF, the one thing i had to I ask is if we would ever get another switcheroo.
I remember hearing this and having it on repeat near enough every night listening to the outro of Dallas singing Passing out in America, just thought his vocals were amazing. Always are to be fair, but this is gold.
I don't know ANYTHING that comes near the genius execution of this video. This should become mandatory education in Music Video Academy. But where can I find a better resolution version?
So is there a Plot to tie both Videos? Does the purposeful stabbing in Passing Out In America lead into Accidents Are on Purpose's EMT/Medical theme? Also why would there be modern EMTS at what looks to be a Victorian setting?
I come back to this all the time, I wish bands still did this

Check out some of the BYO split series albums. Especially nofx/rancid or anti-flag/bouncing souls. This video is something special though for sure

I used to really hate these covers, but over the years they've grown on me. The chant in this is amazing
George from AoF showing up in the Moneen video at 7:46 is also great!
No thumbs down? I can understand. This collaboration is legendary.
yOuRsTuPiDfAcE boy, this comment didn’t age well.
@Give Good Face because this video has dislikes now lol.

How have I only just seen this video?!
Its on the same level as The Chariot - David De La Hoz, thats for sure!
fuckyea.
Lauris Olups no where. Ps it’s a Moneen tune
Is it weird that I like the covers each band did moreso than the originals? Moneen's version of Accidents in UNBELIEVABLE.
To be fair the original is amazing too
It’s an alright take but alexisonfires version of accidents will always be the best
Every time I listen to these I can't hear anything but these versions until I listen to the original again.
I just keep coming back here, it's a 9 minute music video that feels short. F it I'm playing it again.
Just saw both bands last night..ahhh...they are both so talented. This must have been so fun to film!
+Sailor Venus They just reunited for a string of US shows, possible a new album *fingers crossed*
+Sailor Venus I saw them at Heavy Montreal along with Alexisonfire last summer.
I'm gonna tell my kid this was Marvel: Civil War
Holy hell!? There's a video for this??
I forgot all about this and I had the cd . so happy to find it again great songs , wish more bands would do this
good switch of tracks between both bands, they pulled off their own on each. had me standing up rocking alright
the stabbing @ 1:40 LMAO---watching the crowd jump makes my night!
This is just great. I never listened to Moneen except on that EP, are they good? They sound good on that cover!
I know i'm 2 years late, but Moneen is one of the BEST bands from the early 2000s. Trust me. Get everything they have.
Moneen are great. Alexisonfire have repeatedly stated that they wouldn't be where they are without Moneen
Yes
Theory of harmonial value is their best album by far.
Get everything you can of moneen s music...
And they’re incredible live...
😁
This music video should be preserved by the NFB
“I wanted to.....cry.”

...and confused Steele with the sword XD
What's with the volume / video qaulity?
This would deserve a better quality.
An ad halfway through?
These are better than the original versions of these songs lol
Foda!!!
Such a great video lol
Tenet? We did that waaaaaaaay before, dude.
Marc Ricciardelli genius
this was america?
I will not debase myself into constant repetition of my point here
So is there a Plot to tie both Videos? Does the purposeful stabbing in Passing Out In America lead into Accidents Are on Purpose's EMT/Medical theme? Also why would there be modern EMTS at what looks to be a Victorian setting?
CAMH Nurses lmao
ahh 360p quality
anyone feel bad for moneen having their song covered by leets?
Way to much autotune lol
I like AOF but this is garbage!
