I feel that its extremely difficult here. I have applied 1000 jobs still no job. And im not alone. Most people have same story. Its not worth it - the Beaureaucracy, weather, food, tax, buildings, housing prices , chores, language, friends etc. Not worth it. Im going back.

It may depends on the university because one of my friend, graduate in Aeronautical eng.got rejected for CS. Since you are EC, I think that there is some chances but not so. You can send mail or apply to university. Then only you can get correct answer. Most probably they prefer CS students for CS masters

Sir I need your advice i did APS on 21st dec & i have unconditional offer letter from University. My class will be started on 1 April.so thay give me APS on time? Or i differ intake from April to July???
It would be recommended to do language in India as it is much more cheaper but if you have a lot of cash to burn you can go for doing it in germany as that would really give you a lot of exposure to the german culture also your day to day language will be german hence it would be much better anyways if you go for doing it in india you still dont need to worry as for your studdies you would anyways go there and learn fluent german

Consultancy asking for 15000 euro course fee for foundation course in English from ISB. Can i apply for same from public studienkolleg. Please can anyone guide me in this. I am from a middle class family. It's not in my Budget. Please guide in this if anybody some knowledge about this.

Depends on your university. Especially with partnerships it is very easy but in principle it is always possible to come to Germany as a student.
