Aqui donde vivo si la tortilla lleva queso lógico para nosotros es quesadilla, se hace una de masa de maíz se le pone un guiso y queso y se fríe en manteca, es quesadilla con guisado, si no lleva queso la tortilla es taco. Es solo mi comentario.
