Looked like a lot of fun. Some flawless bodies on show too. Did you know that they filmed the movie One Million Years BC in Lanzarote? That is the movie with Raquel Welsh in that famous skimpy bikini, mind you it was well before you were born, and she has passed away now.
Great info thanks! Yes it's nice to work with people that look after themselves too (so they are in good shape for photos). I Googled her, she looked great!
You're welcome, always top content although I've only recently entered the world of Leica and am still soaking up information and reading up, unfortunately I have to listen twice as I'm not necessarily fluent in English. Thanks again for replying to my emails about the welcome pack👌 @@MattOsborne-MrLeicaCom
Herewith I declare this video of ONE OF YOUR BESTS ! Those evening/night shots with those vibrant colors are outlandish good. Some notes, please take this as notes to already great shots. Shooting models in day light with a wide lens could do some more separation between BG and the Model based on exposure (not focus, that's okay) so less ambient and more flash, especially with girls in white (light) clothing. I know this is hard. 3:57, the model disappears against the light BG but looking at the results at e.g. 4:45 with the post editing in color it looks great. I know this is hard working under those circumstances (lotsa girls, less time, pressure) VERY VERY GOOD MAAT I hope this video is well received among your followers so we have more of this. Thanks for sharing and I will spread the link among fellow photographers over here.
Thanks Rob, much appreciated. Sadly less interest so I switched up the thumbnail. Yes as you'll see from the next video I was playing around with a long lens so that was my distraction + we were working close to other models so often it was hard not to go wider than 35mm. All great points though, thanks! (and yes it was a mad rush - grabbing shots as I could.. it felt like).
The vignetting in many of your vertical shots really works well artistically, Matt. I'm surprised that you didn't tell us what lens and aperture you were using. So, what lens and aperture were you using to get that great vignetting? 😁
haha a bit of an overstatement, but I agree with the statement. If you factor in the cost of the models, costumes, the time of all the people etc it's not a basic shoot that everyone with a camera can do ;)

Great video 👌 did you use any modifiers on the ad100?
Thanks and no. The point of the video was to show you need no mods / can work without them/ only basic kit.
Epic level 1,000 👌 and nice hat 🤠
Ha thanks Thomas, Yes I need to get one right! Haha

Thanks Chris, see the next video. It’s a key point to note!
Are you familiar with Ben Von Wang's work? From quite awhile back. Epic photography.
I Googled him, very cool!
Do you like the flickr redesign? I hate that you have to do extra clicks to get the full exif info now :(
I didn't notice! :S I will try to look next time I load a photo on there.
With models, scenery and costumes/makeup like that I recon you can make just as good shots on a Nokia phone.
haha a bit of an overstatement, but I agree with the statement. If you factor in the cost of the models, costumes, the time of all the people etc it's not a basic shoot that everyone with a camera can do ;)
Absolutely, you can't get the flash effect as easy but yes in good natural light the modern phones do a great job!
Agreed! You can apply the same method to normal photos.. like the beach shoot where we had no extra people / no makeup etc.
That and some sexploitation money.
Thanks, I shoot models so it’s normal photos for me.
