- Today’s video brings you to a 1 story 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath 1 story home built by Perry Homes in the community of Woodforest near The Woodlands, TX.

I didn't find many decor pieces in online retailers. So many of these decor pieces were from Home Goods or TJ Maxx or Ross which do not have online shopping.

Beautiful! I LOVE an iron see-through fence as long as the neighbors on either side of me are 👌, otherwise 6 foot privacy fence ALL.THE.WAY! This one is PERFECT because of all the open space behind it. LOVE the music to the tour, too!

It is the Uttermost Lostine lamp. I am unable to find it online but most fine furniture stores carry uttermost and you can call your local one and ask for that lamp. Hope that helps!
Nice house but i would get rid of this gas cooker and put an induction hob on the island. For me, gas is incompatible with a modern house.

How do cars park there?
It’s a builder model home. An example of a home a buyer could build. They put the garden in front of garage to make it stand out as a model.
I’m not understanding why the driveway is filled in with landscaping? Are we not supposed to think about the garage?
It’s a fully decorated model home used by home builders as an example of what the home could look like. In order to distinguish the models from the other homes on the street they create these elaborate gardens in front of the garage. One day when the home is no longer a model home they will make a driveway.

I will never understand why designers choose to place a sink on the island where people eat. It's gross and it's messy, and, unless the people who live with that design flaw don't wash the dishes until AFTER a meal, washing during the cooking process guarantees that water will splash everywhere, effectively ruining the meals of those sitting there.
I honestly don’t think people actually eat at islands.
@@DecorTours Actually, a lot of them do, if not, why does every island have chairs? If they think it's so that the person behind the counter can socialize while in the kitchen, no one wants to watch (and experience) someone washing dishes. It's just utterly ineffective and pointless. I think people would appreciate more counter space. I know I do. I bake and cook a lot, and needing space is vital.
