I prefer subtle, but I thought it was fine. Perry seems to do a nice job with decor that will appeal to the most buyers.

This house is very nicely decorated and gave me some great ideas. In fact, I saved it, and I rarely save videos. Thank you for your efforts. I am sure that no one is interested in my view, but I personally do not spend time watching videos I don't like. Life is short--move on to happier things.

This home has a light & airy feel to it.🏡 It very tastefully decorated however I world like to see a bit more color. The living/kitchen area has the most appeal. I love the fireplace area with the TV above. It's open floor plan gives a cozy vibe for a family to sit down after dinner and watch a movie.👨👩👧👦 The bedrooms are a heavenly slumber sanctuaries. The only question I have concerns the sewing room. I am a quilter. I did not see a sewing machine?🤷 I do like the wall that makes it clear but a sewing machine does add a functional look. Where is this home located? Overall I enjoyed the tour. Thank you😊

It’s a model home. Because it is being used as an office to sell homes it’s essentially a business so the Fire Marshall came by and told them they needed it.

The house is beautiful but where are all the bedroom closets?
I don’t usually look inside because there is no decor there and it’s kind of boring to look inside a closet. But I will start doing it more if the viewers want.

Yes
I hate houses where a guest would have to walk through your dirty kitchen to get to the living room. Kitchens stuck in the middle of the house without any windows are miserable.
