    I've been reframing life as if I'm 80 years old with a time machine and I get to come back and re-experience the present moment for the second time. All the bullshit falls away and only the joy of experiencing this amazing life remains.

    Julien i’ve been watching your videos for 10 years. You taught me all the stuff my father never did. Thanks for teaching me social skills. Miss the old infields and partner vids you and tyler used to do. Just wanted to say how much you changed my life. I always share you and tyler to people looking to learn social skills, giving value, frame, inner game, etc. abundance mindset. Been watching you since before cnn tried to cancel you. Absolutely love you and how much youve helped me. Hope to meet you one day bro.
    Take care and much love

    After watching your videos and participating in the high vibe course i realized that I've been living in the same comfort zone for over a decade.
    Even when I was living with my now ex-fiance i was doing the same bullshit as I am now living alone. I think it's that part of me that doesn't believe I deserve success that keeps me stuck career-wise and in the same shitty relationships.

    Heya Julien. I'll be commenting a lot so I'm sure you'll get used to this forehead.
    Wanted to comment to say you have already changed my life so much. I keep thinking, what's holding me back, why am I still in the same place I've been a year ago? Well, a few days ago I was finally like, "okay. you're here. you're home, me. welcome home. we've missed you so much." An internal reunion in my inner world. And it's interesting because even though I've dealt with a lot, numbed myself a lot so I didn't really feel as free or as unbound as I would have liked to, I've already noticed a change. I'm more confident, and my anxiety is already seeing massive improvements.
    I've been looking at the phone a lot, and I know there is so much money to be made through cold calling. Relatively fast money, IF... you can play the game. But I've always gotten horrendously triggered while doing it, even if I could tough out more calls. Not gonna lie, felt like the emotional equivalent of punching myself in the face every time I called. So I wrote in my journal... a really angry, really aggressive entry towards all those cold call recipients. A big old "FUCK YOU" to people who don't give people who are legitimately trying to make a difference for their lives a chance and then make them feel terrible on top of it.
    What a shift. I never felt like I had a leg to stand on before when it came to cold calling and thought that the anger was all completely deserved for bothering people. Turns out, anger is always justified, but rarely deserved. No wonder I've had problems with bruxism, heartburn and restless sleep for so many years - I've been repressing a shitton of anger, and welcoming myself "home" for the first time was the switch I needed to feel myself deserving of being stood up for to the point of anger. It's a very protective "how fucking DARE you treat me so poorly when I should be treated like a QUEEN" anger.
    Definitely still triggered, but less self-destructive triggering! (Ultimate goal is for cold calling not to trigger me at ALL - I want a sustainable skill to provide value that I can use consistently and without fighting against or upsetting myself, and to create a repeatable process so that people like me, who want so much to help others and to make their own lives better can learn the CORRECT way to harness this skill - processing the emotions that make you feel incredibly triggered so that cold calling isn't a matter of "grit your teeth and bear through it to get the gold" but instead an enjoyable activity where creativity can flourish. Ambitious goals, but mediocrity never changed the world.)

      Walking and forward motion is associating with suppressing the fear response and reducing anxiety. What are you defining as “adventures”? In the video he is saying anything outside of your normal routine is an adventure. It’s hard for me to believe that every single thing out of your normal routine is anxiety inducing. What about yoga? Meditation?

    • @josephisaround
      @josephisaround Год назад

      @@xanderchanning I guess meditation, but like the comment from Julien I may have to let go of the fear of being rejected or "experiencing proof" that I'm not that charismatic, social, popular being that I hope I am. I feel like an imposter that is trying to disguise that he is incapable and vulnerable. Letting go off this self image/mask is probably the key.
      Bruh, I kinda describe a vulnerable narcissist tbh.
