EZVIZ have pretty good cameras. They do need to start releasing 2K versions of their outdoor cams.

The notification sound can’t be changed or volume increases on the iPhone or app
Do you know of a way I could fix this? Is there a external siren I can buy or something or do you know of a way around this?

Thanks for the video now what kind of price are these going for I saw several on Amazon is there a better way to get them ? Lower cost ? I need precision view and not a glitching ap Wyze has bad customer care & videos too short and not vivid clear quality. Is this a better option ? Tired of Wyze cam never attending tech support or phone line. ;(-

I think it will work great outdoors except for the human detection tracking which I'll do a separate video later on. I did test the Imou a while back and it was stuck looking at my back window when tracking is ON and I realized that is was seeing and tracking my reflection from the window instead of me.

Thank you for the review. I really like the clarity and I like how discrete it appears. I'm not fond of the fairly high price and don't want to purchase if it's going to be going offline frequently. Are you still using it? An updated long-term review would be great.

Do you need to pair it to the app just once? What about when wifi for some reason turns off and then come back. Will it be paired and you can still see it on the app?

This camera looks really good so far. Sharp image quality and quick motion tracking is nice as well. Im curious to know if it can follow a vehicle driving by on the street. And it's very discreet. I would consider using it outdoors under a soffit. Great review
It doesn't have vehicle detection..just human..

Most reliable would be Ring wired video doorbells.

Ezviz offered it to me but I declined because it is still a 1080p camera. I’ll be reviewing more 2K quality ones.

I have to compare this too soon but both of them are pretty good..this is more expensive though.

How long can it record for? Can I still access this from work?

You know the one thing I realize when buying these cameras that know one talks about we all worry if we’re going to have to pay for storage but what we should be worrying about is do we have to worry about the ai or humanoid detection subscription because if it doesn’t have that it’s useless pretty much
How to add two users ?
Will the live view stay on, on your phone, until you exit out, or will your iPhone or iPad go to sleep after a while. Just wondering how it would work to monitor kids, like a baby camera. Or do you have another suggestion. I ideally would like wireless as our router is in the office upstairs but I would like to use camera on the level below. Our TH is only 1,300sqft. I’m possibly interested in two cameras and they would be inside mounted but looking through window to our backyard so I assume I would mount to the upper window casing. These would only be used on occasion and not relied on a lot.
I haven’t tested it but I think it will time out after a while. There are specific baby camera/monitor just for your needs. I just haven’t reviewed any yet.

It's well known EZVIZ is Hikvision OEM. Is the C6W POE? Did you try integrating it with an NVR or explore its web browser interface?
The C6W is not PoE and I haven't checked about integrating it with the NVR yet.

I have successfully connected the C6TC to my Hikvision NVR. I assume this would be the same. It would be very useful to add PoE capability.
What wavelength are are IR lights (ie; are they visible?)
EZVIZ didn't specify it but it is visible not that bright as other ones though.

The imou Ranger 2 is very similar and has RTSP
No RTSP that I can see in the settings.

Probably not I think it would be nice tho. Lifehackster mentioned it runs on 5 volt 2 amp USB wall adapter
Not PoE but you can plug it in your router but you still have to use the power adapter.
@@PatLyoutubepage I'm not saying that its PoE capable, what I'm saying is that I can use a PoE setup and just split the power off from the network cable. Think if a splitter or a y cable adapter but one end would be the ethernet cable and the other is a USB. Doing it this way you can mount this sucker anywhere and only run one cable. But you'd have to have a beefy network switch or PoE setup and not everybody has that.

Yes..and ultra HD is 1080p. I'm not sure why EZVIZ labeled it like that...it is confusing.
@@LifeHackster yeah and their software side of things are horribly optimized, the pc Studio for example.
@@LifeHackster Yes, very confusing since Full HD is 1080p and Ultra is higher. Although I think they fixed that in the software now, along with ditching a bunch of nice features :/

This camera is Chinese made، The Chinese government is obsessed with monitoring everything through cameras, I don't know where my data goes from the camera to the app and is there something in between somewhere in China
