The husband's reaction was everything. And the wife just kept repeating "Oh my goodness!!!" over and over again. She just couldn't believe her eyes. The gold isn't my favorite, but they love it, which is what counts. I love how Erin and Ben always keep the homeowner in mind with every move they make. It's a stunner!!
What a transformation!!! So amazing!!! That bathroom is gorgeous love that tile/ color palette so so elegant!!! You guys did it again!!! Love you and your show!!!💕💕💕💕
The husband's reaction is precious. He had me in tears. I need a Erin and Ben in South Africa Pretoria too please. The two of you don't just revamp houses, you bless people by being the people you are❤
I love the two tone pale gold on the exterior. The warmth and sunshine of these shades bring joy and cheer. Huge improvement in the kitchen. The bath is my dream. Sea glass is a favourite of mine. I would have chosen a sea glass or pale blue sofa with coral accents. Absolutely lovely. Great work Ben and Erin.
I love how transparent and emotional the owners are, totally bowled over by the transformation. I always dislike it when there's this major improvement and yet the people come in acting all cool and collected. I say let the tears roll and the appreciation show and these two certainly did that. Excellent job on the house, so charming ❤
What a quaint, yet beautiful home. Not a fan of the gold brick, but the porch and deck are great, and the landscaping. The back yard is a dream. The kitchen is smaller, but I personally love it. I would love that kitchen, mine is outdated big time, lol!
This may be one my favourite houses that Ben and Erin have done. You can tell the couple was looking to have a cozy, charming little dream home and they got it!! ❤
I love it! Finally some color, that says personality. I do miss the shutters though, I think shutters in the color of the darker gold would be gorgeous. Not a fan of the wallpaper because the house is filled to the rim with stuff and the wallpaper makes it worse, too busy and cramped for me. The bathroom is tha bomb! ❤
I hate open concept! I much prefer separate living areas. There are plenty of open concept new builds. I wish people would leave well built older homes alone! Just by new if you want open concept!
@ 0:23 mins Ben says "It's 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 1500 Sq Ft, Built 1955". It's possible that the $budget this couple had to spend on a renovation did not allow the original footprint of the house to be expanded to create an overall larger home. Except for the new deck at the rear. Also, the couple may prefer separated spaces - rather than all open plan. The new raised ceilings in the Living Room and Kitchen may allow them to feel larger.
I was hoping she would do the blue she spoke of using. This looks grey/off white and adds nothing to the room, I think. They did a beautiful job on the house, but I'd repaint that one room.
I love what you did but the outside colour would not be my first choice. When the harvesting starts here in England we get these small insects and they get in everywhere on your body even behind wallpaper and picture frames. So a house that colour would be swarming with them. They're not dangerous just make you itchy because there is so many of them
Nice work but as a OCD person i noticed you didnt iron the table cloth and the curtains looked really messy. About the curtains almost no designer get it right
I see why his favorite was the bathroom. Only place in the house with room to move! It's so crowded! The yellow's very pretty, & the blues. Gold brick outside is really ugly, (sorry, but it is.) In time I bet they'll hate it. Fireplace should have been whitewashed too. Glad they loved it though, that's what matters.
I'm sorry, but I don't like yellow houses! I think it makes them look old and dated, and especially the 2 tone makes it look dated! Wrong choice on this one!
Source, If you are someone that respects God, then OMG is very disrespectful to hear and something a true believer would never say. I cannot ever recall hearing anyone say OMG and it be in reverence of or to God. Scriptures command us not to use God’s name in vain. There are other ways to show gratitude than referencing God in such a senseless or foolish manner. I hope this helps you understand why some people are offended and that it is not absurd.
One of the commandments, from God, in the Bible is not to take His name in vain. Exodus 20:7 As much as we admire the Napier's work that's going a bit far. Perhaps if people said, "I thank God for you two and the work you do" it would be fine.
Okay-stop putting beds in front of windows. Jeez. Design 101 faux pas. The godawful wall paper in the dining room and the awful flooring in the kitchen are also terrible. I don’t think these flippers really understand what makes a house look dated. Quite frankly, the dining room walls were ruined when they out that “granny” wall paper up.

Beautiful as usual. The husband’s emotional reaction was so sweet 🥹
Absolutely stunning. Another fine job by Ben and Erin Napier.
Outstanding! Erin and Ben always deliver.

Agree💯
The exterior color scheme was the only thing I would have changed, I probably would have gone with a sage green.
@@annedwyer797 That would have been pretty. I actually liked the "before".
wish it was genuine.....some lady had a video on HGTV and told how it is a staged. These people are not surprised.
The yellow is GORGEOUS! It’s truly beautiful like a sunbeam, I really really loved this one!!! Liquid sunshine!!
What a transformation!!! So amazing!!! That bathroom is gorgeous love that tile/ color palette so so elegant!!! You guys did it again!!! Love you and your show!!!💕💕💕💕

Lovely couple: happy grateful and contented. wish them the best.
I love it when the men are just as exicted for the transformation as the women. Well deserved for the couples and their reaction shows it.

That was the most beautiful reaction!
Love the remodel and the owner's reaction. Refreshing!

And I like shutters for the front windows; a house feels naked without them, imo
OMG! This really what you call being at a loss for words!!!
These two homeowners are precious ❤
I love 💕 everything Ben and Erin do! Every home 🏡 is done well and never over the top but timeless.
This may be one my favourite houses that Ben and Erin have done. You can tell the couple was looking to have a cozy, charming little dream home and they got it!! ❤
This house is the best ever!!!! South Africa
Ben and Erin are SOOO talented !!!
They have interior designers workiing with them as well.....
Really good one. The tile in the shower is superb.
Sweet new place. Love the property setting.
Great job Erin & Ben.
Another fantastic reno. The range backsplash was a work of art!
Beautiful, the shower is my favorite 😊
This is the best one you have done so far, love it!
I totally agree!!
Stunning house so cute
This is the best reno you guys have ever done! Stunning🌟✨⭐️
The only item to make this better would be a sunshade or pergola type roof over the deck so that they aren't in the scorching sun.
Probably just didn't have the budget.
Бен и Эрен, вы и ваша команда бесподобны! Восхитительная работа!
Finally a reno team who carefully removed the kitchen. The husband, priceless!
Come sempre una ristrutturazione magnifica ! Complimenti ! ❤
Beautiful job!
Love it! What a fantastic house. 😍
Everybody tells me Erin I'm crazy I LOVE my bed under the window espically if you get morning sun. This house is beautiful.❤😊
I'd love to have that home 🏡 gorgeous!! Awesome job 👍👏
Amazing house!
Yep, this time hubby is the 'cry baby'..... WAAAAAAA!!! Loved it!
Y’all are amazing.
Love it. My eyes were sweating too.
Absolutely love this transformation.
Love this great video 😊.
This show make me happy! Because my house is really old! And make me to have dreams! One day Can fix it.
A very nice home, But it would have been nice to add another Bathroom and showed the Laundry Room. Over all it's Spectacular ☺️☺️😎😍👍
Gosh.. Goodness..oh my!
LOVE THEM ❤❤
These ppl are magicians
Un domingo sin home town No es Domingo
Never be afraid of color! That’s a beautiful yellow choice for the exterior!
I love it! Finally some color, that says personality. I do miss the shutters though, I think shutters in the color of the darker gold would be gorgeous. ❤ mega schön ❤️
Love it!
Beautiful, but I miss the shutters.
Precioso todo❤
Those kitchen cabinets were pretty nice and in good shape; I hope they were reused by someone (I assume so, since they weren't sledgehammered).
I would have made a screen porch on the back.
Hope my clients would react as much. ❤
WISH ERIN AND BEN MAKE IT OPEN CONCEPT INSTEAD. IT'S BEAUTIFUL BUT I FIND IT SO TIGHT AND CLUTTERED A LOT.
I hate open concept! I much prefer separate living areas. There are plenty of open concept new builds. I wish people would leave well built older homes alone! Just by new if you want open concept!

I love everything, except the peninsula in the kitchen ...it s in the way of evrything
I need to know what color (name/brand) the paint is in the living room. It’s so pretty!
I was hoping she would do the blue she spoke of using. This looks grey/off white and adds nothing to the room, I think. They did a beautiful job on the house, but I'd repaint that one room.
I kind of liked the outside more before. The yellow just washes it out or something
Grand Slam!!!
I liked the before pictures better. 😊
Yellow is a nice color but still I love Gray😅
I love what you did but the outside colour would not be my first choice. Are all these homes in Laurel?
"Forget gray. Gray is dead to you!"
Glad the homeowners liked outside color. I'd be repainting. So many beautiful colors and they chose ugly yellows over beautiful yellows.
The exterior was SO much prettier with the shutters and variations in gray. I like color, but the change doesn't work, here.
Nice work but as a OCD person i noticed you didnt iron the table cloth and the curtains looked really messy. About the curtains almost no designer get it right
Ese homes,.best o🎉f blessings in everything.
Like what you fellas guys do. 🛐✝️✊🏼like alawys everything in the blessings of god our crater 😇🙏🏽
What state is this home in???
@dogmomof5726 Most of the renovated home projects undertaken by Ben and Erin are in their own town of Laurel, Mississippi.

Gostei 💛💛Demais 💛🇧🇷💛🌸
Actually I liked the old Color.. grey … than yellow
This episode is also a repeat as many others, why?
I see why his favorite was the bathroom. Only place in the house with room to move! It's so crowded!

Fireplace should have been whitewashed too.
Glad they loved it though, that's what matters.
I will disagree with the outdoor colors….. makes it look aged
The yellow isn’t working
I'm sorry, but I don't like yellow houses! I think it makes them look old and dated, and especially the 2 tone makes it look dated! Wrong choice on this one!
Ok
Wall 🗞️🤢
Outs8de the house i like before after is very plain
Really?! You aren't sure because of the paint choices of the previous owner?! Seriously.
Why in the world are people so offended by the GRATEFUL expression, “OMG!” 🙄. It’s absurd
Source, If you are someone that respects God, then OMG is very disrespectful to hear and something a true believer would never say. I don't like the color of the house. I like the gray better. Keeping the gray and adding some contrast somewhere, but that yellow is yuck!
Is hard to have a nice house!
Ugly living room tbh

Outside 🤮
a fantastic job- beautiful house!
