I remember when I was 10 years old I was experiencing severe dysphoria especially with my stomach and chest area i told my (fake) friend about it and she said “if you eat paper you’ll get thinner” so I listened and started eating paper and I started throwing up a lot which did make me thinner but little did I know that little “prank/lie” she pulled would send me to the hospital a few weeks later because of how thin I was I had also lost 18 pounds in that time I’m now 14 and am doing a lot better aside from still trying to break the habit of chewing on paper
My friend sometimes eats tiny pieces of paper and I kept trying to tell her that it was bad she said it wouldn't do anything since it was only a small piece and I got rlly worried Idk if she has stopped or not but I hope she did stop 😭

I've been suffering with and Ed since I was in kindergarten I had a lotttt of health problems that led up to it and it wad kinda unintentionally but when I got older is slowly started becoming intentional ig but these trends don't really bother me that much
