Lake District Walks | Loughrigg Fell (from Little Loughrigg)

how did you animate the map with the path? :)

The map routes are done with Apple Motion and OS Maps. Hope that helps!

Can you remember where bearing left could've taken you? Is the only way up to the top steep, or is there a gentler incline?
I'd appreciate your input on this as I would like to do it, but not able to walk far distances.

If you mean the left turn at about 5 mins 30, this should lead back down towards Rydal (specifically, the road between Ambleside and Rydal). There are several ways up Loughrigg, so you should be able to avoid some of the worst steep sections. There is a good guide here: www.walklakes.co.uk/walk_141.html which may be of assistance.
