I love variety in video length. Short (10-15min) videos are great to watch on a lunch break, but I love long videos to chill out and listen to.

Mike, I have to say first because you asked, I love the long form videos. I do like a variety, some short form stuff with quick informational teaching type stuff or reviews, but the long form stuff is what makes you stop, think and assess. Second, your honest and transparent assessment of the effects of trauma was so welcome. I know you said you are focused on the vet community which I 100% respect, but if you ever want to talk to the most incredible human being ever, hit me up. I work for a survivor of sex trafficking who went on to heal and is giving back to our community. What she lived through would make the most hardened vets weep, and the fact that she is who she is today has been such a healing influence on my own trauma.

Mike, a few years ago I retired from the Marines after 25 years. Since then I’ve felt increasingly isolated. Your videos feel like the fellowship I’ve been craving. Real, genuine stuff that I can relate to, and that cuts through the BS. Thank you for that.

Tim Kennedy gives me the creeps. His "angle" hasn't been set yet. The guy literally made money by pretending Hiitler escaped Germany at the end of WW2. Thereby flaming the flames of antifa. Giving them credit by thinking he did escape.

Long format videos are great whether sitting and watching or doing other stuff. It makes passing time more enjoyable. I like short form as well.
I took part in an extremely peaceful protest in Boston on May the fourth outside the State House. We were there for two hours and peacefully left with no rubbish left.

I try to catch them all but I love the long form content. I’m a field operator in oil and gas and I much prefer listening to guys like yourself over listening to the radio while I’m on the go. Thanks for all you do sir!

As a former paramedic, I can attest to the effects of Complex PTSD. The hardest part is dealing with the "Shoulda, coulda, woulda's" of a hard call, and doubting myself for hours on end for decisions made in seconds, in high stress situations. If your struggling with those things, remember, your not alone.. and you others have been where you are now.
Fellow medic here. Absolutely true. Especially the kid calls is where I still beat myself up about what I could have done differently.
@@Vinnytwotime Kid calls are the worst. Not just the fact that it’s a kid, but the difference in size, medication dosages, is such a total reset of your normal thinking. I had 2 different kids run over by tractors within 2 months of each other. I know I did the best that I could, but it took me some time to get to that point.

Mike, please keep putting long-form content here. There are a bunch of people like me, who are curious about your experiences. Those of us who stand on the thin invisible line need to know details about material, position and tactics outside of the book learning that’s readily available. We don’t need a lot of training, we need the right training so we can lead if we ever need to. Everything from basics like vanguard formations to advanced cqb, no detail is lost. Stories help a lot. We hang on every word. You are a very good leader. Thank you.

I like the long-form shows Mike. It feels more like a normal conversation rather than the pretty, shortened soundbites this generation is used to. I'm in my 50's though and my preference may be different from the norm.

I'll never forget seeing a brother I had always viewed as a stud, scream Heeeey in a standing fetal position after I got clipped in the top of the head. We didn't know how bad it was initially as it bled alot. Ended up just creasing my skull pretty deeply but never entered my brain cavity. Love who you are Mike, keep on charging! Depends on what I’m doing! If I’m eating, I like a 10-min video. If I’m driving or working on something, I like the 1-3 hour videos/podcasts.

I'm ok if the format is long. When Paul Harrell says it will be a long video, I settle in, and it is great. As long as I'm learning something, which is always the case. MSG Bitner led you even after death that alone speaks volumes about the man. He's in the hall of the greats.

mike, it's not about video length brother. it's about content quality, which you never fail us on. I saw the notification for this video while at lunch from work, saw how long it was and opted for something more in the 10 minutes range. but best believe now that I'm home I'm watching now lol

The long form is excellent. I usually skip short videos, but love these more in depth sessions.
I was on Bitners team 3236. I was the AST at Camp Brown when Bitner was killed. I had to throw up the TIC board and pop all the assets for them after he got blown up.
For me to watch a long video, I have to respect and value the person making it. Mike, I value and respect your opinion and the wisdom you dispense. So long form is good by me.
I am really having a difficult time with the current state of our country and the world. I'm older. I lived through the Vietnam war. I've been watching the world go to hell ever since. We don't seem to learn. I find it very disheartening. Thank you for shedding light on the situation.
