I caught myself telling a story about an experience I had in childhood. That story was a one dimensional way of remembering what actually happened- it was not the full picture. What happens when we attract situations from an unclear lens? This was such an aha moment! Hope it helps.

I knew this would resonate with me just because of how I hesitated to even click on this. It’s like nooooooo I wanna hold on to the hurt but no, things are not always how we perceive it. & I’m so glad you added “how we grew up” because like you said, I was supported in a lot of ways even tho I felt the complete opposite.
