I love the Xenopixel core. It has great functionality without being overly complicated to use, configure and update. I have 4 of these now and I am only likely to get more as they do everything I need a lightsaber to do. The only thing I would add to the functionality is the ability to also change/customise the effects lighting colour for each blade in the config file(force, lock up, block, clash and tip drag). The current white only effects don't show up on a white blade and being able to choose different coloured light effects for each sound font would be cool. Keep up the good work on developing the Xenopixel, and I will definitely be back for more.

Honestly you see all these ads thag are like "we're just giving it away!" "We're litterally slashing our prices!" And in most cases, these aren't true. But the Xenopixel core? This is insane. A full neopixel saber for under 200$ USD! And I mean with the gesture control, smooth swing, and 34 fonts out of the box... you are really slashing those prices and practically giving away the product. Really, great work guys. My only suggestion is to try making your neopixel blades lighter- heavy blades are usually more durable and good for dueling, but a lighter blade makes use of the saber easier. Maybe just offer a light dueling neopixel blade (like the current one) and a lighter neopixel blade separate that isn't dueling ready. This would be a good way to combat the other saber companies on the market.

Hello, I just bought one of ur xenopixel cores, the only one not working is my kylo ren soundfont, it turns on but the color doesn’t activate. I can change the color and the lights turn on, but when I set the color it turns back off, is there anything I can do to fix it?
I really hope mine isn't broken i just got it tried it out for a few minutes then it said battery low so i put it on the charger and it hasn't turned on ive been waiting for about 30 minutes and it wont turn on but i do know i need to let ot charge alot longer then that i just seeing if it would turn back on since the power light when charging hasn't came back on
I just ordered a sabre. Upon arrival I put it together and played with it for about 5 minutes now the blade no longer works. We've been contacting customer service, they said change the mode from RGB to Xenopixel. But I haven't seen how to do that and it's also not in any manual. I'm pretty sure I got a broken blade.

Damiensaber I bought your lightsaber and the blade was cracked, stack and photon ignition were switched when I first got it, and when I turn it off with stack or photon ignition it doesn’t go off. Also phaser ignition doesn’t ignite it like the video. I’ll make a video about it

Hi there, so as I said not every font has soundtrack, so you may not be able to activate it in certain fonts, for example, font 34 is"Moon Field"right now and in its folder 34 in SD card, there's track(1),track(2) files, you could switch to font 34 and then play the soundtrack, and some other folders have tracks too, you could try to check it in your SD card.
Hello, I have Luke Skywalker Xenopixel Lightsaber and I have the problem that when I move it a lot (making choreography) the static sound of the blade turns off and the light freezes completely. When that happens, even the power button doesn't work and the only solution is to remove the battery. I restored and updated the sd card and the problem is still happening, I only can move the blade slowly because if I do it fast, the sound and the light freezes completely even with the battery full charged. I hope you can help me 'cause I love the lightsaber.

I would recommend a few things a swing on effect would be pretty cool and maybe even a few more sound fonts like Ashoka tano, mace windu and maybe even a Anakin font this would make it so much better Thanks for the video keep up the good work

@@damiensaber fixed it i tried backing up my other xenopixel saber with another xeno sd content but it wouldn’t work since I had to update the board first so my fault thanks tho!
Regarding updates, I did as shown in the video, but as the rar folders include a "set", when replaced and put everything back, the system updated again. I'm missing the Drag sound effect in the Luke Skywalker and The Darksword fonts.
Hi there, when you replace all for the "set" folder, I'm wondering what do you mean by 'put everything back'. I tried multiple times with this procedure and it worked fine. @@damiensaber means card back in the saber and then the battery. The "update" process executes again, I'm guessing because the "set" folder has an update.bin. I'll try with the folders in the new link provided, but there is a "set" folder and it has an update.bin. So, should happen again. Maybe that fixes my Drag sound issue.

It will have 34 soundfonts, but we're not sure if it's the latest version, however, we provide the latest update files for you, if you don't have computer to update it, you could ask customer service on AliExpress about its version before buying it.

very good video but you should not have added background music when you teach the sounds and effects of the lightsaber since the music does not let you hear the sounds.

My dorky riotous furry when someone refers to something that the device does all the time automatically as a “mode”. You didn’t need to switch the saber from one mode into a dueling mode dude. It reacts like that anytime you impact it or tap the power button while the saber is ignited.

@damiensaber Hello, I bought a Xenopixel V2 Revan from the LGT Store on Aliexpress, and I was able to update it to 20220419 thanks to your tutorial (I can confirm "power off" and cracked blade). However, I am trying to change the config.ini file so that I can turn the saber off in 5 seconds instead of 10 seconds. I changed the stock PowerOffTime=10000 to PowerOffTime=5000, then saved and put back the SD card in the saber. However, when I try to turn off the saber by holding down the button, it still takes 10 seconds instead of 5 seconds to turn it off. It seems like the setting did not change even though I edited the config.ini file. Can you advise?
