I play piano since I was 8, never went to music school or something and just played by ear because I'm dysceltic (math problem) which means I can't play both chords together, but with this tutorial it went perfectly (actually the first time, ever.) thanks this has really helped want to learn how to play this for a special person having a bit of difficulty when you change from abe with the right hand to the other chord with the left hand it is at 5:10 in your video
@aimx2e You can do it! Remember how I said just practice the first one several times? That's the important thing. Just work on getting the coordination of the LH pattern with the RH part BUT ONLY THE VERY FIRST PATTERN (since the others are similar). It may be challenging, but be patient and work at it. Try it slow, try it fast, keep going back to LH blocked chord, etc. Good luck! If you like, record yourself practicing it or trying it and I'll help you more.

The only problem I have until this point is when combining the 2 hands for the first time, it seems that my left hand speeds up and does it's own thing, I guess I have to practice more with the coordination. Hi Piano Snesei! I have a little problem and I would really appreciate your help. I find it really hard to put togehter left and right hand chords here and you went throught it very quickly at 4:58 (very quickly for me of course). i found out that i could find which lefthand chord went at the same time with a righthand chord (sorry for my piano language, i am a noob xD) but since you did it too fast and the hands sort of blocked the view, can you tell me that which chords play togehter (it's easier for my brain to handle data from two hands at the same time) Thank you so much!
@csilasvegasdude Yes, it's a bit tricky, but practice it like I explained. Be able to play RH regular with LH blocked chords. Once it is really easy for you to do that, then add the LH pattern, practicing each chord several times in a row. I hope that helps!
oh no. i was doing really awesome up until 5 minutes ish. I can do the part where you do a chord with one hand and play the pattern with the other hand, but when it comes down to doing the pattern with both hands.... apparently my brain doesn't work that way.
@cjpiano79 okay I spoke too soon!! I was playing alternating the chord in each hand and then it just came really naturally to play the two together. I've been playing for only about 3-4 years. How long have you been playing?
