For everybody on here talking about how dirty his bathtub is you must have forgot he had standing water in it for a while okay so even if he cleaned it it was still going to be dirty since the water wasn't going down the drain

None of these products work. The best way to do it is use a snake to clean it out. It's just for small clogs. I wish there was a powerful formula to clean out my main sewer.
@@davidchan9632lmao. No one would use them if a snake worked all the time. No one would use the liquids if they never worked. And this one gives your money back if it doesn't.
I've used this product before and it was amazing when left overnight. In the morning I poured boiling water from the kettle to clear all the product from the drain, turned the shower on to test it. Water drained away as it should.
The Instant Power does work but for best results you should try to leave it overnight or as long as possible, so it can dissolve more of the crud in your pipes. It doesn't make any sense to flush it in 15 minutes. And wear gloves because it burns. That's why the jugs sold at Home Depot and Lowes come wrapped in a plastic bag.
I know this video is a couple of years old, but I saw another video where the person left the Instant Power Hair and Grease sit over night and worked well.
My tub was fully backed up. Like that shit was badddd. Poured that in sitting water. Went to bed. Woke up. Water was down. Filled tub. Plunged a few times. And back up and running. Good stuff. They didn’t wanna give me my $$ back. Stay blessed
Reading is definitely fundamental. Because it says 15 minutes for slow leaks and for bathroom tubs at least 1 hour. Overnight is best. Who doesn't want the best.
It really does work! For my sink it took 20 min poured boiling water. And it all went down fast!. DEF RECOMMEND My drain was ok before use, but wasn't draining properly, noticed some hair and what looked like flesh or food can't make the difference. 🤢 I cleared the drain poured the said substance, and waited 20 mins, while boiling water, poured and it went down fast.
You are definitely right it takes a couple of hours but it's working for the big issues which would cost hundreds of dollars. Thanks a lot for sharing this useful video with us. Highly recommended this product I used so many of draining products but none worked only this one is the one which worked for my blocked Bath tap. 😃👍
Use boiling water, not just hot water. A gallon of boiling water just before and another gallon after. Shouldn't use the plumbing for several hours, better overnight. It worked for me.
It didn't work with me, I leaved it overnight, and this morning I hot water, and got worse. The water it's stuck in my kitchen sink, when before it was drained little by little and now I don't know what to do 😞
Your tub is disgustingly dirty man. The problem is you need to clean that tub regularly while periodically pouring Instant Power and waiting overnight.
Joe T. Plumber Hi. I'm hoping you're a plumber who is willing to share some professional knowledge. I have a drain line from the kitchen which has a garbage disposal that I've been foolishly using because I k ow the drain line is very old and has not been cleaned since I've been there, six years. It is also very hard to access, no clean out and the line is under the house, inaccessible except from the point where the kitchen line is. The clothes washer also uses this line from the other side of the wall but it was configure in a way that I have to go through an abs p trap that is non removable and flush against the wall. Of I wanted to take off that p trap I'd need a plumber with skills to dismantle it somehow. Anyway, the washer is backing up and overflowing at the inlet pipe that rises from the p trap and when Im draining the disposal side with the disposal on, it's backing up into the other side of the sink. So I'm sure it's clogged in the line a couple feet down. Getting a snake in there would be really difficult. Do you think the instant power liquid hair and grease would be good for this problem or should I use one that foams up? Thank you for your help. 🙏
I just bought some today. It was $10 for a liter bottle at the home Depot. I pulled in my bathtub left it for a couple of hours and it worked like a charm.
Hello, mouthly.....when reading the instructions, put on your glasses. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt. Instructions state (1hr) before pouring hot water into the drain. Again wait for 1hr before pouring hot water in the drain.
@@ThisisRealLife clorox toilet bowl cleaner and the pink stuff, mine was worse than that because it takes 2 days for my tub to drain, and im a mechanic so was always filthy. My wife is afraid this will damage the old pipes in a 50s era house we're trying to prep for sale. Can this damage pipes, leaving us with water pouring into the rooms below?
Did you use it overnight? I’m dealing with a backed up tub rn and I’m seeing everyone who used it over night (6+ hours of leaving it in the pipes) had good experiences. Really hope this works for me

Does it have a scent? My bathroom is facing my bedroom. I want to leave it in overnight but I get headaches from scents.
@@sandeelovesyou not that I can remember. Maybe keep the door closed to the bathroom so you don’t smell anything overnight. Hope it works for you!

I don't think leaving it all nights such a good idea, it could corrode your pipes

leave the instant power in there for at least six hours. 15 minutes to do what it did was excellent😃.
