I love how he says he became "A normal biblical Christian." The reality is we either seek to worship Christ and love Him with all our heart, soul and mind and love our neighbor as ourself or we serve ourselves to our greatest detriment.
I ran into Ray when I was working at Starbucks in Azusa, CA. I was in shock because it’s a weird thing to see someone that you watch regularly on screen and I was able to serve hun briefly. He seemed a bit in a hurry and I’m sure he didn’t want attention on him but he was nice and I’m not sure if he was preaching or what he was there for. Theirs a prominent Christian university nearby and honestly, a lot of the students their need the gospel. They need Jesus. They’re only Christian by association. It’s sad

Also, I pray for those I had read the cards to....that the Lord would reach them with the Light of His truth, Jesus Christ. Pray for those whom you might have reached....that God sends another messenger....pray that they receive Christ as their personal Savior. If all we can do is pray, then do this to the best of your ability. And remember that if God has forgiven you, then you may want to forgive yourself, as well. A lot of Christian friends I had growing up were so critical of “soap box preachers” growing up in the 2000s and 2010s. But Ray and others like him have shown me they are NECESSARY! The word of God never returns void. We underestimate what the Lord does through these preachers.

I also love how Ray talks about living a life of simplicity. This is the way all of the apostles and earlier disciples did have, or they would use what were given to them for God's Kingdom. How we spend our money is also something God looks at. And even though we can also buy things we like to have, if we only keep it for ourselves alone, it won't be pleasing to God. We should use our money wisely. Ephesians 5, 15-16: "Be very careful, then, how you live-not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil." This is something I still need getting better at myself, but I pray for God's help, wisdom and guidance with this part! Remain blessed in Christ Living Waters. I also pray for you.

Min Lee, 2 Corinth 8:9; Jesus Is Rich, in The Holy Spirit. He had No Money or possessions. He and the Disciples Shared what They had With The poor and Needy. They worked for a living. If a person had 2 Cloaks, they would give the other one to someone in Need of it. We as Christians do Not store up wealth from this world, which moth and rust destroy, but we Store Up Treasures in Heaven, Which moth and rust Cannot destroy.
God Provides for Us, if we Have a Close Relationship with Him, Read and Study His Word, Pray, Confess our sins, ask for Forgiveness of them. Serve Him, and Our Fellowman. I also love how Ray talks about living a life of simplicity. This is the way all of the apostles and earlier disciples did have, or they would use what were given to them for God's Kingdom.
How we spend our money is also something God looks at. And even though we can also buy things we like to have, if we only keep it for ourselves alone, it won't be pleasing to God. We should use our money wisely.
Ephesians 5, 15-16:
"Be very careful, then, how you live-not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil."
This is something I still need getting better at myself, but I pray for God's help, wisdom and guidance with this part!

Min Lee, 2 Corinth 8:9; Jesus Is Rich, in The Holy Spirit. He had No Money or possessions. He and the Disciples Shared what They had With The poor and Needy. They worked for a living. If a person had 2 Cloaks, they would give the other one to someone in Need of it. We as Christians do Not store up wealth from this world, which moth and rust destroy, but we Store Up Treasures in Heaven, Which moth and rust Cannot destroy.
God Provides for Us, if we Have a Close Relationship with Him, Read and Study His Word, Pray, Confess our sins, ask for Forgiveness of them. Serve Him, and Our Fellowman. We Become Rich In The Spirit. If we have wealth, we Should Share it With our Fellowman, do Something Useful With it. 'Wealth and riches are in His house,' are Fruits of the Spirit, God's Gifts Given Graciously to Us. Knowledge, Wisdom, and Understanding of His Word. A Close Relationship With Him, His Love and Mercy.

He doesn't force us, or else a lot would be False Conversions to the Faith. God is Interested in our Hearts, He Knows our Hearts. He Created Us, Made Us In His Image. He Knitted Us in our Mother's womb. He Knows us Better than we Know ourselves. He Wants What's Best For Us, Want's Us to Succeed. 'I Can do Everything Through Him, Who Gives me Strength.'
