@@raka9220 I think the term "Phones" in this place mean between each phone companies. You can't expect Nokia to shapeshifting their phone on every single release, No? And beside, What we've got right now are basically a "Candy Bar" for phones after one another. If it weren't for branding or advertisinng, I can't really distinguished the different between something like Samsung, Xiomi, Vivo, Oppo, Mii or buttload of phones we've got on market nowaday.

Please continue to make these, they're much appreciated! Seeing these videos reminds me of the good times of dope and wild designs. Also , that White N86 is a big flex ! Props ! As you noted, the design and materials still hold up, this was peak Symbian/ Nokia, which makes one wonder,. since @Nokia today has been updating some of it's classic 'basic' phones, surely they could look towards past gems like the N86 , the E7, N8, and others, in building their future flagships. Bought this after selling 5800 XM for the camera. The metal bezel around the front used to lose it's dark colour. Used to have other Nseries themes installed on this device by pizero. The breathing light of the menu key was a pleasure seeing at night. In India, they included a leather holster in the box when I bought.

Had the first hand experience with N95 8gb inherited from late brother, the sliding mechanic was huge trend back then, but after 3 years in my hand, the flexible cable gave up and at the time the spareparts were getting scarse for the model, so the replacement didn't hold up. I do still have the phone sitting in my drawer. After that i ferociously avoid phone with *any* moving parts. It was the phone which let my photography hobby took flight.

I think at 3 years, any phone with moving parts will struggle. But they were still built incredibly well for their time

@@AbdullaZaki very highly possible. The same question apply to the new foldable phone. I see the new trend of smartphone with moving parts after decade of candy bar form factor

Yeah I expect to see more issues in a few years. Especially foldables and popup cameras

I traded my iPod with my friend for this phone in 2011. Big win for me. 😂 And I just remember the camera on this iPhone at the time was insanely good for its price. I had a iPhone4 as well. The photo quality was just as good. Believe it or not, I still keep a lot of the photos that were taken by this phone till this day! I grew up during the Nokia era, I just remembered how badly I wanted a N85, but couldn’t afford it lol. Man… I miss those days.
