Thank you for this review! I have been wanting to purchase a bike and have been having a hard time pulling the trigger on the Peloton. The NordicTrack seems to be a better fit, I’m not much of a class person and I like the auto adjust features on it. The fact that I don’t have to invest in special shoes or replace pedals (for the peloton) in order to use regular shoes, it has a fan, has a space to place your phone etc. these little things add up that would have to be added accessories for the peloton (for me). I love the 27i also but it’s likely overkill as you mentioned. The bike will be placed in a room in my home with a 65” tv in front of it as well so I think the 22 version will be more than significant for myself as a beginner. Again thank you for this updated review on this bike I believe I have made my decision and I’m going to pass on the Peloton and go for the NT. 👍
It is there, but I genuinly have to look for it to see it. I think the reason is that when you're on the bike or tread, you're moving so its much less obvious. When I film, my camera is on a static tripod so you see it more.
Yeah, we have their 2450 treadmill and it’s not super, super noticeable but it’s a pretty obvious compared to just using the app on my ipad when I use our concept 2 rower. The video in the app is great, but it has its own issues with saving workout progress consistently and becoming unresponsive at the end of a workout. I was hoping the stutter was isolated to the treadmills but unfortunately it doesn’t look like it. Hopefully, they’re working on fixes for both issues, otherwise it’s a great experience all around so far.
Can anything be done about the video stuttering on the S22i screen? I would love to get the bike, but the stuttering is a big red flag for me and would drive me crazy..

I really like the incline/decline paired with the cool looking outdoor rides and the auto-adjust that they do. Great way to make the experience more immersive. Having said that, there are just so many terrible reviews on this bike because of the terrible quality and then the horrific customer service experience when you try to get a repair done under warranty. For $2k or more, I just can't stomach the fact that this thing could break and I'd be fighting to get any repairs done.
Hi Steve had no success after weeks of trying with i fit my problem is i choose say 12 ride workout but never gets past ride 1 happens on all rides help would be appreciated
Hi John, I’m not quite sure what you mean, sorry. If you mean a series that has 12 rides in it, then: Joining the series will mean that the next one is shown when you next get on the bike, or; At the end of the ride, you can just book mark the next ride with the little calendar icon. Hope that helps.

Come back home to Peloton brother. I became a believer because of you :)
I could listen to this guy narrate anything. My man is one hell of a reviewer/host.
Thank you for your high quality detailed reviews. You have given me more to think about than just price and popularity.
Glad I could help!

Great video. I hope NordicTrack is working hard on fixing the video stutter that only shows up on their equipment but not tv/mobile devices.

Is there a monthly subscription with these videos?

I know you put a video up, but would you choose the 27i over this 22i?
I’d be happy with either, sorry.
@@SteveJulien You had mentioned the quality gets a bit grainy or worst with the 27i? Feeling 1080p suits the 22i more.
Yes, that’s right. The 1080p workouts look best on the 14 and 22 inch screens in my opinion.

Hi Steve, Has it been reliable?
Hi Gordon, it’s been rock solid. Really good bike.
Can they come and set it up at your house?.
Yes, they have a 'White Glove' service where they will build on delivery.
@@SteveJulien Thank you. I just have to find the right deal.
