Tenure elongation after the expiration of the chairmen's tenures also amounts to running the Local governments with caretakers. They can no longer be referred to as elected public office holders.
Where was this law makers when Wike was ruling extensively with Caretaker chairmen,

Where was the Assembly members when the rivers state budget and finance was run like it was wikes private purse.

My brother politics is not on social media. It is when you and I can form a political party and ask one of us to represent our interest, then we can get it right.

Whether caretaker is constitutional or not, the tenure of the former local government chairmen has expired and no extension here man.

There're over ninety million registered electorates in Nigeria and less than 10% percent voting in an election and in a democracy where the majority carries the vote we still call that a free and fair elections.
