@@chilbopro I use few methods of breath work the one that get me in that deep state is Holotropic Breathing, I also use Pranayama and Wim Hoff it usually takes me 30-45 minutes to reach these states of consciousness on rare occasion it might take me and hour. I believe I reach these states easier than most due to a few extremely strong Ayahuasca journeys that opened me up to experience higher realities

I found clarity in this and wish/hope many others will listen and truly understand the message - what I heard was we are all capable of having the "Christ consciousness" but as soon as labels/names/claims are put on it then we are not 'there' yet. So if we want to know if Buddha( for example) was at this level we are missing the point perhaps and the message ( as I heard it) was the name of Jesus was the name we gave and has become the most widely accepted. I welcome others thoughts as this has been a lifelong struggle for me to accept that Jesus was the only ONE and that He will come again. Alma, these are only my words of my understanding so if it is helpful in your own search, I'm glad to be of service. The idea of the "Christ" consciousness is not about something to attain. It is quite simply something that just exists, just like duality, just like awareness, just like any and all experiences. The purpose of having a Jesus-like figure in history (for us who have never personally experienced these specific beings) is as Jesus said "to sow seeds" to see what comes of it. It is not about "converting" people into becoming Christ-like. Everyone is ALREADY Christs because the Christ energy is "the highest form of love". The fact that anyone exists IS the Christ energy in form. How that form chooses to express itself, using the Love energy, is the point of existing in form. In other words, Love must express itself or it is not Love. That Love express itself in all the ways possible, including those "negative" ways. People choose to interpret the negative polarity of Love as being "bad" because people are looking to RECEIVE Love. If they instead choose to GIVE Love, then any circumstance, any situation, any experience can be positive because they are all opportunities for someone to GIVE Love, and EVERYONE can choose to GIVE Love. That is why EVERYONE is ALREADY the Christ consciousness. The choosing of not giving love does not negate this. It is another aspect of Love, which is Free-Will. So everyone are Christs in form and we are all here to become aware of this, but most do not because they do not seek. They are dazzled by what the physical senses provide them, which is the true meaning of "sin" and "deception" (to miss the mark is to be wrong about who they are). The flesh is the "deceiver", not a being called "Satan". That is simply the personification of "flesh", to be deceived into believing that they flesh (seeking outward) and not Christs (seeking inward). Most of us are trained and ingrained to think about ourselves first, to seek out how to take or receive. Thus the idea of giving is not a comfortable action in ALL circumstances. We are also trained through religious and instinctual acts to respond to threats in a like-way. Because of this, people have difficulty recognizing the Christ energy within them and in others. This is what it means to be conscious of the self. When one is unconscious of the self, they act unconsciously. They react and respond with low vibrational means because that is the instinctual nature of having a physical form. But when one "wakes up" to their true self, that awareness is to seek out the true nature of the self, which is Love. Often times, people get bogged down in religious fears, negative self-degradations, and disconnected doubts about their place in the universe (worries about not having abundance). This leads to a conflict within when trying to find answers for themselves. Spiritual guidance becomes distorted because there is a "serving of two masters". The masters in this case is the flesh vs. spirit. Unlike religious teachings that push you into one direction, the true seeker isn't about limiting themselves. It is about recognizing this and consciously choosing each moment of their experience in order to demonstrate they are the Christ (not religiously as someone who acts holy, but as the definition of Christ, which is Unconditional Love). It is not about deprivation, denial of self, and other forms of self-torture, self-control, etc. These are again, religious ideas about humility, purity, and commitment. This isn't meant to criticize, but to point out the motivations. When one realizes their true potential, it isn't about limiting themselves from all experiences. It is about accepting all experiences as they come without forgetting that they are Love and can choose Love in all circumstances, whether the experience is socially accepted as good or bad. A person who gains wealth can still be "poor in spirit", and a person who is destitute does not mean they will succumb to the selfish fears of survival. One who is blind will be a living example of their circumstance, while the one who can see can see clearly because they are above their circumstance.
I was lucky to have a mother who taught me from the youngest age that all "religion" is man-made, not the deeper truth of God, which is within us all and can never be lost. Religion is a prop, useful at an early part of the journey to enlightenment, but which must ultimately be discarded in order to evolve further. Kicking away that prop disturbs many, understandably, and can feel like not having a leg to stand on. As the subject alluded to, trauma is one way to break through those props that are no longer sustaining. This is where one starts to look for that support from within. Physical life puts up many filters (or barriers, defences) that cover over this truth, and it is our life task (each incarnation) to recognise those filters so they may dissolve away and allow our inner light/love to shine clearly. My life has been about exploring this truth, what it means for our existence, physical and beyond. I have learned much from many sources, through a life of much struggle (ongoing), but a book I recommend often to those looking for this inner truth is Presence, Kindness and Freedom by Barbara Brodsky, channeling her mentor Aaron. It is Buddhist-Christian in flavour but transcends religion to reach for the deepest universal truths, in the gentlest way. Very best wishes on your journey. Again as mentioned, each of our journeys is a solitary one, we all have to cut our own paths.

I can remember at a very young age going to a class at church (I'm thinking it was a type of confirmation) and a guest speaker ( my parents age) came in to tell us his experience of being "born again" and not only did that confuse me and many other children it was terrifying to think - when will that happen to me and what if it doesn't - 60 years later and it still never happened. I did go home to tell my parents what happened and they were not able to give me an answer so I told them I wasn't going back to church for a while! When I started reading Tolle in 2008 I finally found words that made sense and started on a different path. Still so much to learn but at least I know there are many others on similar paths I can talk to that don't look shocked when they hear me question religions. A lot of these tapes begin with Bob saying these are unaltered recordings, provided with no context so that you can make up your own mind about them. They weren't even intended to be released. I know just posting it seems like an unofficial endorsement from TMI, but I don't think that's their intent. Personally, I'm on the fence and don't think I could be persuaded either way unless I was able to have my own experience like this. Regardless, everything she is saying lines up with a lot of other esoteric information. Almost too perfectly, admittedly.
