Hey Mark! Great VR, so cool you got to see them play during that historic streak. The nesting doll is very unique. Nice pickups too. Looks like some really clean raw cards and that Dazzy Vance was a steal.
Great video. Super story about the A's. Congrats on the great pickups. Super Johnny Podres and Joe Black cards. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much! Appreciate it!
Gave a video like. That was a special time and neat you got to attend a game. Those A's were amazing. Love the '62 Topps Batting Leaders cards. Leader's cards are the best kept secret in vintage card collecting. Fantastic Dazzy Vance! Love that style of card.
Totally agree on leaders and also multi player cards. You can get multiple hall of famers on one card for less than the cost of a stand alone card! What a deal!
Love the ball park story, and great pickups! That Dazzy Vance is super clean. Congrats on a smokin’ deal on fantastic card!
Thanks Rusty! I was thrilled and surprised I won it.
Awesome stuff man! Congrats!
Thanks so much!
Nice cards, with great condition! The 54s are always some of the best looking cards, especially with the yellow background.
The A’s nesting doll is really nice!
Thanks! I was really happy with the ones I picked up at the show. That’s a good dealer. Have a great weekend
Awesome video, Mark! The Moneyball teams were so much fun! Zito, Hudson, and Mulder were an amazing staff. Awesome Dodgers cards! Especially those 54s! Beautiful! Love the Dazzy Vance as well!
Thanks Billy! I totally miss those early 2000s As teams and will never forgive the terrible John Fisher for moving them out of Oakland
@MarksDodgersCards I know what that's like, unfortunately! We lost the football Cardinals and the Rams!
Sounds like it was a great day at the ballpark with your wife! Love the pick ups as well Mark! Well done my friend.
Thanks so much! It was a blast
Hi Mark! Great pickups and VR! The A’s were so much fun to watch that season and I’m glad you witnessed that game. Also, the Vance is a beautiful card and you got a really good deal. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your weekend, my friend!
Thanks Rob! Been enjoying your awesome content too.
Hi Mark. Really nice game memory you shared. You picked up some really nice stuff also, especially that Dazzy Vance. Thanks for sharing my friend, talk soon pal.
Thanks so much! Was great to see your awesome collection on Dan’s channel the other day
Great memory and that pitchers statue(?) is amazing! Very good pair of ‘54 Dodgers! Great cards all around. Thanks for the video and thanks for sharing!
The Mulder bobble head? Thanks!
@@MarksDodgersCardsthe nesting dolls! Very cool idea
Nice video and experience. Thanks for sharing

Love this, Mark!! Thank you so much for sharing you story! And of course it counts!! ❤
Great pick ups as well 🤛🏻
Thanks Brent and congrats again on your milestone.
Well done on the VR! Congrats on the pickups. My favorite was the Dazzy Vance
Thanks so much!
Such a great A’s team that was. Some awesome cards as always and that Dazzy Vance is particularly exceptional. Have a great weekend bud
Thanks so much David! Appreciate it!
Great memories and pick-ups Mark! My VR would involve the 2006 ALCS game 6 vs your A's, Magglio's walk-off. Not your favorite moment I'm sure haha. I was at Comerica Park in the 5th row and it was BONKERS... Very quiet, fair-weather fans that day so we had to rile them up and got the crowd chanting and supporting. The Cards got revenge for you!
Wow- that must have been quite an experience! There’s something super special about being there for a walk off in a meaningful game (even if it isn’t one I like 🤣)
@@MarksDodgersCards Ha! Sorry man! I saw Polanco walk-off on Father's Day in his Tigers debut which was awesome as well. I heckled a guy named Todd Linden of the Giants yelling "Linden can't hit" and he crushed a 3-run bomb haha... Also had a guy pass in front of me with a beer and when I looked past him to try to not miss a play, I missed catching a Dmitri Young foul ball (just past the netting in row 22) in the right eye by millimeters! I could literally see the laces! All of that in the same game and was with my Dad! I just watched the Fox broadcast last night of the 2006 ALCS and I couldn't hear us chanting Bon-do... I was bummed because we were loud. Oh well!
Cool cards man! Thanks for sharing. Enjoy the rest of your weekend
Thanks so much! Hope your week is going well.
Cool stuff Mark. Thanks for sharing
Thanks so much!
Since I'm not a content creator, here's a memorable ball game for me: It was August -- 1967, I believe, the Red Sox Miracle Year -- and we were on vacation in New England. My dad surprised us with tickets for a game at Fenway Park. Gosh, the players they had back then -- Yaz, Scott, Lonborg and all! What has always stayed in my mind is that he sprang for box seats, a treat for a young Red Sox fan. And they were $16. That's not per seat. That's $16 IN ALL -- $4 apiece. Those were the days!
That’s incredible. What a great memory. Thanks for sharing Michael.
Oh man. The "could have been" World Series tickets are really cool and a little heartbreaking.
Totally- I’ve got one or two other sets of could have been World Series tickets too I think. Ugh.
To answer your question none of my friends or even co workers and me were at any of the Yankees classic games at the ball park

@@MarksDodgersCards so my ball park memorys were

in 2015 me and my parents went to an Orioles Royals game at Camden yards
last year at the National we went me and my friend went to a Tigers Indians game
other ball park memorys any time Graig Nettles , Thurman Munson, and Mr. October hit Homeruns at yankee stadium , Mickey Rivers steals a base is a great day at the ball park.
