Fun Fact: I did a study in 2020 to see how many Occations it actually exist in total. And the results: Spasskaya Clock Tower Played Patriotic Song 5792 Times!
It could be the number or atleast pretty close. This was the information I needed for the study:
    - 4 Times a Day the Anthem Plays at the Time:
    Europe Time: (00 00, 06 00, 12 00, 18 00)
    US Time: (12 00 am, 06 00 am, 12 00 pm, 06 00 pm)
    - On August 9, 1996, after a long silence, the Kremlin chimes performed the Russian national anthem for the first time. At the inaguration ceremony for Boris Yeltsin as the winner of the election. (So I decided to start counting at 9 August 1996)
    - On June 1, 1999: The Spasskaya Clock Tower of Russia was stopped for a comprehensive restoration. (So there will be a pause on 1 June 1999)
    - On October 13, 1999: The Chimes on the Spasskaya Clock Tower of the Kremlin again went. (So the counting can go one again after 13 October 1999)
    - On December 8, 2000: Vladimir Putin proposed the Soviet anthem as the new anthem. (It was unsure if the anthem really was paused playing on 8 December 2000, But i decided to stop on that date. Because the news at that time)
I have found Russian Articles from 1996 until 2000 for the study Unfortunately i have lost the articles [But for example the Restauration in 1999 Really did happend]
