Hi Guys....Just wanted to say thanks for supplying good quality tires. I just ran the S3 1/5 on my E-REVO on 8s i just hit 121mph an set the new world record for the E-REVO and the first to do over 110mph with the 1/5 tires.
@@Aladinscave the best I know for rubber are Grp 1/8 rated at 130 mph. Softer compounds should be used for winters like s1-s3 and s5-s7 for summers. I don’t know the ratings on 1/5 but most probably the same. Same goes for 1/5 softer compounds winter and harder compounds summer. Obviously 1/5 is a bigger tire so more traction but probably will have to sand down the body for them to fit. For top speeds the best are foams always. Best include Bsr, contact, sweep racing. Best of the best imo are bsr. This guy did a vid explaining those just before this one check that out. 👍
So I have a xo1 and I want to install these 1/5 grp tires on it what do you recommend for just everyday street running I want the best of both traction for smooth roads and not so smooth. ???

Holes in the tires are for dirt, water and moisture to escape as well as to prevent bouncing. It is NOT for ballooning.

We have EM Performance adapters to use 5th scale GRP tires. We also carry FOAM tires for 5th scale.

Is this still true today? Can’t keep 1:5 GRPs together. They blow at 125mph for me.

Not on the front. They have some axels there that will make it work for the front.

E46 G0D EM has the adapters for the slash/rustler in stock. Now you don't even need the xo1 axels
