I totally agree with everything you said. I love both versions, but I prefer Nekokurage’s because she captures the emotions of the characters and their beauty far better, which is why the anime chose to use her art style as inspiration. Hers is also more romantic/comedic, while Kurata’s is more mystery-focused.
You forgot thst Gx has more scenes then gangan. You had to mention that scene of jinka. In gangan we Don't see who he meets but Gx we see ah dou . Also the cpu kiss in gangan it shown faraway in Gx its close up. I find Gangan is more Josei while Gx is more shounen. GX is very bloody compared to Gangan. That's why the art of Gx is very solid. Pls the anime is more based on light novel and Gangan that's why its similar . But there first meeting in gangan Jinshi doesn't trun his head in Gx he does. So I suggest you read both. Because what one doesn't show you the other does.
Are there some big different changes in the manga/anime,compared to the original source of the product-novel? Ik that the product’s original source is novel, then there comes the manga, then there comes the anime. However,I started reading the novel and saw that there are like no changes which could be compared with manga or anime, the point is… My grammar is bad as you can see,and I came here to ask:Should I read the novel, are there some big changes compared to the manga/anime? If the manga and anime tells and would tell us EVERYTHING that are in the novel, then I don’t really see the need to read that. I just wish there are no big changes in the anime/manga compared to the novel.
Honestly, I didn't find any big changes in the plots or scenes of the Novel when comparing it with manga or anime… So you can enjoy every plot without reading the novel 😌 I personally read it because I don't have much patience 😂
I see you are a dedicated apothecary diaries fan, but you are not even chinese. Manga is severely lagging behind which has not got into West province arc yet. West province is referring to silk road territory in imperial China. I can supply you with information because I read both Chinese and Japanese
I read the English translated version of the novel and I really do feel that there is NO romance in it. 😂 I first encountered ApoDia from a manga, then I searched for other sources since I can't wait for the new chapter. Then I read the LN but I don't feel anything for that LN since again, there is no romance that I have started to feel in the manga version.

@leylafox9697 there are differences but mainly on romance part. The novel is focusing on her journey and mystery solving and less romance. Hek, I don't feel romance at all, even the highlight frog 🐸 scene is SOOOOO bland I thought it's just another mystery and not part of their blooming romance. 🙃
@AkiraAnimeExpress well you are right. But again, I started from manga where romance was introduced already or at least the manga already gave hints in the beginning. The novel is a fight till the start for romance fans, that you have to be hanging until the end to read the romance in the last parts. The drama is part of the mystery, you can feel it in the entire novel.

Oooh that’s why some lil funny details are mostly missed in kurata’s version!
I’ve only read the Nekokurage Version so far, but this is making me want to read the other one too! They both look great.

I do believe that the *romance* part starts later… as its main genre is mystery and drama
