@@MyBestLife_KM Thanks Kieron. Im so glad you enjoyed it. Its a bit of a different video for me, im usually pretty chatty in my videos but sometimes silence is best. Sometimes just being there and witnessing is all it needs. Let nature do the talking. Thanks for watching
Alyn, the sights and sounds do all the talking👍👍 Lovely capture of the buzzard. Haven't been up that way in quite a while so cool to be reminded of just how beautiful it is following the Glen River, though you had a cracking day☀
Doesn't it Gerry! I thought this was so appropriate. But it took me twice as long to film ha ha ha. You get so immersed in all thats going on you forget youre supposed to be hiking! Beautiful day.
@@NatureInspiredSnipsnSnaps it really is. We're so lucky in the Mournes. Stunning scenery and amazing biodiversity. And its all so accessible. Right there on our doorstep, just a short walk from the town. Awesome. Thanks for watching
Sometimes you don't need words. Each angle of the landscape spoke to me there as well as the waters and sounds of the mountains hey the prep of the meal. Good going. Mark
Thanks so much Mark. You are absolutely right. The landscape says all that needs to be said. Sometimes I feel the need to chat more than is really needed, to explain what doesn't need to be explained.
I love this I've always thought about doing a silent camp. Just record all sounds around and leave out the talking. Another great video found it relaxing.
@@OutdoorswithAdrian its such a different experience Adrian. I loved it but it actually took me longer to film!!!! I was so busy lookin a stuff it took me ages to get up there. It took so long I stopped filming and just walked to Commedagh without using the camera! I think it'll get better as I get used to it. Lol. Glad you enjoyed it
@@thomasshafe so lucky man. I heard two Jay's giving off in the trees while I was filming the waterfall and then it broke from the side and flew right overhead. It was so beautiful. Glad you enjoyed the wee experiment. Will be back to normal next time I think but maybe try a seasonal silent hike again. Thanks again for the support man
Nice video, great to capture the Buzzard, nice idea to listen to the sounds of nature and sounds of the hiker too. Had to be difficult for you when you are so used to talking on the videos. Thanks again for the entertainment and taking us to the Mournes while we sit by our fire in comfort.
@@patrickobrien8902 the buzzard just set the tone for the day Pat. Was one of the first things I saw and it was such a lift. I wanted to give a feel for what its like for us to be solo walking in the mountains and I hope I captured that. And yes! It was so difficult not to explain everything!! Lol. So glad you enjoyed it.
@@stigfloberghagenphotography thanks so much. Was something a little different for me. Its difficult for me to keep my mouth shut. Ha ha ha. Glad you enjoyed it
@@stigfloberghagenphotography I agree. I really wanted to try and show what its really like when we're out walkin by ourselves without all the explanation. When are you hoping to put the video up?
@@maxinebriggs8102 aw did you catch that!!!!! Lol. I was chewing like a cow!!! So bad. There were a few times I felt I needed to explain things but had to stop myself. I have taken to talking to myself as I walk! Not sure if that was a response to not talkin on camera. 🤣🤣🤣
