Dude, you’re not seeing the forest for the trees…no robin equals no stern show the way we knew it. No ham hands bill, no “robin’s gash” song parodies, half the stuttering john abuse, no free pass for goofing on Louis Farrakhan…the stern show would never have gotten off the ground in the same way.
I’ll never get why companies want all this stuff struck down. This is literally a huge piece of radio history. It’s like having a recording of the beetles first couple garage sessions and trying to suppress it
@@jms-wo7dmJust a sidekick. Howard eventually offened so many news people they relented and let Robin do it. Her role was exactly the same, only she was doing news headlines on the hour. She actually did 4 short news casts per show.
Robin gets so much hate but she is essential to the shows success. This news guy was insufferable, a total bore & brought the show to a screeching halt. Robin would have said something humorous or known what to say in order to set Howard off & keep the show moving. You can even hear Howard off balance & losing his voice.
1:11 "Thanks Harv." damn! She didn't miss a beat! That alone was funnier than anything robin has ever said/done on the show.

WOW! So strange hear the real thing. It's so odd hearing the show without Robin! This is great! w Nnnnn bc!
@Digital Split Yeah we are!
I’ve heard these old tapes before and they are really cool to listen to.

Im guessing howard plans to continue making money after he retires by replaying his old shows. only logical reason they wouldn’t want it on here
He’s ashamed on his old material cause he a woke Hollywood liberal now.
@@walkeradrian1989 an archive on the app would have been smart 10 years ago it takes time to cut Jackie and Artie out of the episodes unfortunately
Annabelle said build your name lol that bit her in the ass within a few years lol

Howard was shaped like those aliens in looney tunes.
It’s pretty cool Howard pretty much always had his personality even as a nobody
Never would have been anybody without it
Lol Howard is really “selling the N”
Hey, the professional news goon didn't really do the WNNNNBC that great
Is that goose gossage with Howard stern
Howard used to talk through his nose.
Before the Establishment had him by the balls. Classic Gold
Way to prove your point. It's Newsday. Not Newsweek.
He got it Right at 6:14😂🤣
Ant, it's about the mistake in the title of this video. Not the content within it
4:40 WAs this guy the inspiration for Ross Buckingham?
Yeah- Neal Seavey
@@thelatebrianjones I think... we're supposed to be having the news.
When did Robin end up joining the show?
About six months later she was placed in the studio. About a year later she started doing news.
@@johndalton3180 interesting, I had no idea. what was she doing in the studio before the news?
