- Ready for some bigger traps?
Last night I finally wrapped up the trap video I've been working on for a few days. One thing I want you to walk away with is a few different variations on how you can hit those traps but also why you should start thinking about using different angles.

I'm convinced that you should create and application that breaks down all your knowledge with mini movement clips that show how to properly do them. I for 1 would love to be able to grab certain routines of yours, save them in a favorites section, and focus on those for 6 weeks before changing them up. There are some already that you can research, but I'm positive that your knowledge and movements will take it to a whole other level. I'm 6ft 4in and bench 415. Been the same for a long time. Started following your routines and focusing on all the mind muscle connection, lighter weights, higher slower reps, etc... I'm seeing changes much quicker than being that asshole throwing around a shit ton of weight at low reps. I'm very grateful for you sharing all these videos and tell everyone about you. Great info brother as always. I agree with the importance of mid and lower trap development. I haven't shruged in years, and I still have nice looking traps. I attribute face pulls and incline dumbbell high rows to my trap growth success. Dumbbell farmer walks after every pull and leg workout are awesome too.

Had to unload palet of 80lb Concrete bags, one on each shoulder 50 yards back and forth. Traps were so soar next day unbelievable. Cheap home remedy
it is really hard to find dumbells right now, they are either out of stock or OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. So, I got two bags of 50 lb sand and two buckets and lids. Works great for farmers walk. Yes, I know I am little. I only weigh 140 lbs!

This guys videos are so short and concise and good but he breaks a lot of the ‘rules’ and I’m not sure if that’s good or bad
What about grabbing a rope on a cable machine and stradding it while facing away from the machine and bringing your arms up (held out straight) all the way up over your head to really activate those lower traps?
These exercises seemed to predominantly focus on mid-traps.

Hypertrophy is a dose- response relationship. If you want growth, go over 15 sets per muscle group and over 5 reps per week.
Id like to see something about lower back development with a spinal fusion my sugery was done 2018 i fell 2 days ago and can hardly walk last two days. Rods and screws,plates and plastic disc (tlif back surgery)L4 to S1 . Thanks i use what i can from your videos that have been game chnagers for my work outs

For Hypertrophy, dose-response relationship, 20+ sets per week reps >5
You should experiment with your own body and see what gives you a nice contraction and pump, its hard to tell people of all different body types what the vest reps and sets are so the best thing to do is experiment, it wont take too long to figure out what works best
Bill Goldberg always emphasized Neck Training and Trap Training. Goldberg's favorite exercise was the Upright Row!!!

I really like upright rows. People say they're bad for shoulders but I don't have an issue with them.
Jet Metal if you take a wide grip they end up safer for your shoulders and actually give better results
@@NocturnalIntuition I use an ez curl bar which gets my hands a little wider and allows a better grip.

Dude....2 weeks, 4 back and shoulder days using most of these routines and I've already got those mid/low trap bumps I've been wanting to see. Gains everywhere and mostly thanks to you. Over the last couple of months I've try to forget everything I thought I knew about weightlifting and employ your philosophy of mind/muscle connection and it is really starting to show. I'm using lighter weights, and am less sore and feel like leaps and bounds of ground covered. Thank you!

Could you do one focused on upper traps? My mid and lower traps are huge but the top portion is lacking and shrugs / pulls tend to be vampirized by the neighboring muscles.

The question is related to following a trainer who has proven how to make the maximum gains WITHOUT DRUGS. Trying to find the best trainer for non-cheaters, so that I don't end up needing testosterone therapy as I get older because I have ruined my hormone balance with unnatural enhancement to the human body. Have you looked up the status of many of the world's great bodybuilders lately? They are not all doing so well, putting it mildly.
Ancient man, consuming ONLY the natural food provided by nature, overcame all the great beasts that roamed the land, and ruled the earth. I prefer to be like those dudes. "Vegan-Steriod" trainer, seems sort of counter productive, if that is who he is. Since he never answers the question as to natural or not...it suggests that he is a ROID-BOY like 99% of all the others. "Here, have some celery juice, with a dianabol chaser!" Just not for me...but maybe makes perfect since for others.
I'll stick with Jeff Nippard, if you don't mind. All Natural. Well proportioned physique. Good fitness advice.
