Garth loved you video! Love your enthusiasm for grilling. Your grandpa George loved to do chicken as well. He use to do smoked salmon. That might be a fun video down the road. Keep up the great grilling Marianne
Where California is known for Santa Maria rub, SPG is also called Texas style. I recommend 2 parts pepper, 1 1/2 part salt split between Kosher and Lowery’s, and 1/2 part garlic. Enjoy!
Hey Garth! I used your one basket technique when I cooked a rib roast on a rotisserie and it worked great. I pretty much used the same method as this video with the 8 lit briquets and the rest unlit. I don't know why I always used 2 baskets before. Diggin your content!
Thanks Mike!! I just read an article that pretty much proved that beer can chicken isn’t a real thing which made me bummed. Ha. But hey… it’s still fun and the chicken turns out pretty much every time. I thought your video on turning the basket into a snake holder was smart!
Awesome 👌🏻 💯
Thank you!
🤤 this looks amazing!! I can't wait to try this!!
It was way better than I thought!
