Ahh, well Sussex Police later stated that it isn't a non crime, it's an actual hate crime. I think it could be more sinister than that. If this Tweet is a year old then it seems to me that someone has either held onto it with the intention of using it at some time in the future, or that someone (or group) has targeted Allison for her views and trawled back through her online history looking for something that might stretch itself into "offensive". In either case the complaint to the police doesn't strike me as the action of a "victim" (as he or she was called by the police) who has been upset/offended by Allison's words.

Therefore, anyone breaching or impinging our human rights, which includes freedom of thought and speech, commits a criminal offence, which overseas all Acts and Statutes created by parliament. What we should be doing, is going to the police, and make them do THEIR JOB, by enforcing OUR HUMAN RIGHTS, it is time they protected our HUMAN RIGHTS, rather than them AIDING IN THE BREACHING OUR HUMAN RIGHTS.

Ahh, well Sussex Police later stated that it isn't a non crime, it's an actual hate crime. This goes to show that far too many of England's senior police officers are, in fact, woke, third rate politicians, masquerading as senior police officers. Not on this case but yes the police can intervene in some non crime issues depending on the situation. What is not acceptable and even illegal is to try to prosecute people for thing we say or post online since it is not inciting violence or any sort of crime. People need to learn that we still have a Humans Right Act and on the number 10 says that anyone is allowed to express opinions out loud/online without the intervention of the gov/establishment.
Most of the recent sentences in court of people that did shout to police or posted online if they didn't plea guilty and invoke the HR Act N10 wouldn't have almost any problem,but my guess it is even the lawyers appoint to them wanted them sentenced(for sure Starmer's hand on that)
This is a normalization process & a beta test to see if the public will stand for it. *DON'T.!* The state will power grab on this once it's normalized bc once a precedent is set it's then just a matter of where you set the bar.
