- To mark the anniversary of the WE for ME (Worldwide Engagements for Métiers d’Excellence) pact - a Manifesto signed in 2021 by all 75 of our Maisons to preserve over 280 Métiers d'Excellence essential to our success - LVMH presents « Métiers d’Excellence, the Virtuous Circle », a documentary retracing key initiatives taken over the last 12 months to support and promote exceptional métiers in creation, craftsmanship and client experience.
Alongside Chantal Gaemperle, Group EVP Human Resources and Synergies and Alexandre Boquel, Métiers d’Excellence Director, the documentary looks back at initiatives crucial to the recruitment of new talents and the exceptional path taken by Lucie, Apprentice in the Givenchy Couture/ Ready-To-Wear workshop.

Je rêve d'une formation en modélisme, broderie... Mais je trouveque c cher pour moi et pôle emploi ne finance pas ce genre de formation malheureusement.
Il faut bien10 ans pour maîtriser vraiment bien un métier connaître la matière et le bon geste
