    I was really watching these to get a handle on Soul Calibur as it doesn't seem to have any sort of tutorial, however I'm pleasantly surprised to find an explanation of the frame data jargon here as that was something I'd heard people call out watching guilty gear but hadn't yet went to find out what it meant

      @@SaltShakersFGC Rock on, I ended up referencing this in the Hilde Introductory Guide as a resource to check out and linked to the video. Just to reiterate it is very good stuff. As a specific note, I have never seen frame data visualized in such an accessible manner for new players. Very cool!

    This is really well explained! Can you tell me how fast most launchers are in this game? I'm only used to the frames in Tekken 7.

    • @Signiaa_
      @Signiaa_ 3 года назад +2

      most launchers are around i20's up to i-40s
      check the frame data for each character on 8wayrun.com/wiki

      Most launchers in Soulcalibur are around the i19 to i20 mark and usually around -12 to -14 on block.
      Unlike in Tekken where 99% of characters have a i10 jab, only a few characters have i10 attacks. most characters have i12 as their fastest attack

    90% of some characters moves are negative on block
