Thank you for a great video and NO MUSIC! The wind in the trees, water on its way, splashing, grunting, screaming for joy, and excellent dialog, those are the sounds!
It just doesn't get any better..... my two favorite Lads on RUclips creating their trademark Brilliance. No gimmicks...... No script.... No "douche-baggery content" that has become the norm for this platform... Just two genuine and quality guys taking their viewers on these epic journeys. And what incredible journeys they are, as you trace the footsteps of past legends who once worked this hidden gem of a river. Well done gentlemen 👏👏👏
Thankyou for not being bullied into giving up. I like all your films, with or without music. It's the adventures and the stories you share with us that count.👍
Every Australian loves you both. Naughty boys. Sorry the world loves you . National treasures. And young Triff. My kids love you, outdoor boys and Q from Greenland. We are blessed to have you all.
Good on ya Rob and Levi, so good to see another treasure hunt again. Loved the emphasis on 'no drone', 'no damaged or burnt live wood', 'no music', 'no Big Brother eyes'.. 👍 Your last troubles video reminded me of another Canadian Greg Ovens Rocky Mtn Bushcraft and how he was dragged over the coals. But like you did the right thing and fixed it. Thanks for the bag contents reveal, and yes I travel with an Epirb too (no brainer these days). Great Aussie slang content too, lucky there's no patent laws on that.
Welcome back Rob. Great upload. Thanks. And I didn't even notice the lack of background music. Everyone on RUclips seems to think they are a DJ ! The amount of time youtubers waste sourcing and editing incidental music , puting it up and not realizing a lot of people turn off because they hate the music. It's my number one gripe with content providers. The content was just fine.
This is the most relaxing content ever. I love it. Reminds me of when I lived in Colorado, as a little girl. My Daddy loved to pan for gold. He found a nugget, one time, the size of the end of his pinky. He loved to tell that story. I miss him so much.
Awesome video , did not mis the music it’s nice to just listen to the raw sounds of nature, love the bit at the end of the video where you talk to Levi in regards to drying his clothes and leaving them out and yep then The rain came. Also love the Aussie slang in the video righto etc. No sticks got hurt 😅😅😂thanks for taking us along the journey.
I also laughed at the kindling and Levi, good to see you doing what you love and once again sharing it with us. Now waiting for the next awesome trip Rob.
Great to see you both out and about enjoying the good times together finding that yellow gold . Another great video Rob and Levi hope all goes well for you both and your families . Take care guy's. Cheers 🥂
Love the format and the banter..oh and the talking tent. Great content, top scenery, music optional...oh and gold, I forgot the gold. Congrats on the doco.
I live in the uk 🇬🇧 and came across your videos , love them iv learnt so so much about the history of Tasmania, I’m 54 yr old and never realised it has so much history, I thought Tasmania was just the home of the Tasmanian devil from the cartoons , Every video I have watched of both of you guys have been total respectfull of the environment in every way possible and found an documented so much history of the old timers miners that would have been lost if not found documented pinpointed for future I love it honestly love it, I’d say scrap the business licence so they have nothing on you to go against and continue as a civilian, I personally wouldn’t have learnt what I have about Tasmania if I didn’t watch your videos I get it where there coming from as they don’t want thousands of RUclipsrs destroying the lands ect but exceptions should be made when it’s respectful an documented in the way you do Keep doing what you do an f**k em 👍
Great stuff, Rob. Enjoyed the cut back style of the video, and I was so pleased to see you and Levi back doing what you love. Look forward to the next one. Cheers
Appreciate the "Adventure" you create with the videos! Many of these sorts of channels are redundant. Yours are more good story with gold be found :) Thanks!
Been a long time coming! Gotta say Tassie is hard to beat. something about your landscape and the way you guys capture it is amazing. I almost feel like im there with you guys. Appreciate the work you guys do. I do enjoy hearing the sounds. music is nice too. You nailed it when you said "can't always make the same video" Thanks for the lovely adventure.
love the "is that kindling??" comment... so funny and just a sign of the crazy stuff we have to do. :) keep doing what you have to do as we all support you both.
So wonderful to see you back regardless of what's been thrown at you both. You both deserve pats on the back, medals and hugs. Patience and perseverance always pays off.
Great video! I really like the no music..makes my virtual experience more real. Love your videos and your partner too, the one with the steaming pants.
Yes the strait ford story is the best , the way this video came across is more like i was in the camp with you . much more enjoyment realistic much better with out the music half drowning out what your saying . When I go out in to the bush I love the natural sounds , peaceful relaxing bloody good carmer . Thank you both of you for a fabulous episode ( loved the camp fire )
Always a treat to see you and Levi on the river and on the gold. The gold looks great and I like the variety of your videos, with or without music and other bells and whistles. Looking forward to the next one, Rob. Cheers for now.
Loved the vid Cobber while I was sitting in my lounge room 😂. The bud was awesome. Yep, drones and music add sure but what we want to see in ground level stuff and the discovery of the gold. That's the whole point after all. I'm truly amazed how hard you work and how much you suffer for the gold you get. But it must add up otherwise you wouldn't do it. Glad you managed to get past Tas Parks and Wildlife. Great vid, can't wait for the next one. Stay awesome.😂
This was a great video. So enjoyed the good natured banter between 2 good friends. So glad you both found gold and hope you do not get into trouble with the government. The scenery is beautiful.
WooHoo Your Back!!! I contacted every major newspaper on mainland Australia because I knew what parks was doing was wrong! And now it seems you are working for seven whoever they are. I don't know I live in the UK. Good to see you back Rob!!
Loved all the Easter eggs of everything that you two have been going through. The raw version works for your first video back out in the bush and letting out some frustrations. Looking forward to part 2 (Levi's version) but good to see you both back out there.
Another great video, really enjoyed the format and content. Intresting that the old timers workings weren't documented anywhere, keep up the great work. Cheers Jess and Andy
I second the the motion ! Glad to see you guys back out. Loved the video Rob like you said you don’t always need music. Your work is excellent in all forms ! Thanks for doing the great work !
Awesome to see you guys out again. Really enjoyed the simple format. A lot of the appeal of what you guys do is just two guys having a crack, nothing fancy. I really enjoyed the forest sounds as the soundtrack.
Great to see you lads back at home doing what you do best. You two should be employed as nature park rangers such is your care and respect for nature and the environment.
I don't think I have seen any of your videos before, but I quite liked this format. I was happily surprised at the amount of gold you boys found. Congratulations! I'm from the States and just love the way you and Levi sound when you speak. Not just the accent but also the words you use and how you string them together!😍😊😍
This was great, you guys sure had fun. Here in PA USA I don't have much gold finding, so I am amazed when I watch your videos. Keep them coming, thanks
Great video Rob it does not matter if there is music or not mate we would still watch especially for the gold lol Yups addicted to watching you guys find it as it's like we are there with you both. Stay safe and hope to see more adventures soon.
Thankyou mate keep going. Its very unfair. I wonder if the stone throwers live in glass houses. It seems if you look really hard with an agenda you can always find a problem with someone. You and Levi have created something fantastic to be proud of and tassie should be greatful. Thankyou very much 👍

Hey Guy. Great to see a video with the two of you back at it 🎉😉🖖
Does Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife allow whistling? :)
I believe it might still be outlawed from legislation 7c section 13a 1882 - disturbing the peace. I am yet to be incarcerated. @@dartmart9263
Put me down for a full tank. Will send you details after your contact. Still love the fire!
Another great colab guys
Thank you for a great video and NO MUSIC! The wind in the trees, water on its way, splashing, grunting, screaming for joy, and excellent dialog, those are the sounds!
No sticks were harmed in the making of this video 😂 good to see you back in that beautiful temperate rainforest Rob. Cheers for sharing 👍
I had a laugh when Levi pulled out the bag of kindling! So glad you two are back at it, filming your adventures for us to watch.
All that fuel loading and can’t reduce any of it for a warming fire.
they shouldn't show ant fires on video at all give the Gov leaches nothing
