Seun, you pointed out that Africans often measure their productivity by how well they meet the raw material demands of Europeans, rather than focusing on their own needs. You also mentioned that if monkeys can eat freely and well, hunger should not be an issue for Africans. I completely agree with you. However, we need to align our actions with our words. How much of the food you consume is locally produced? Do you grow your own food, or are you also purchasing the same expensive market goods as others? There are certainly one million out of over 200 million Nigerians who could afford to cultivate at least 10 acre of land but aren’t even farming half a plot. If one million Nigerians each farmed 10 acres (amounting to 10 million acres) with just a modest 10% profit goal, we would have an abundance of affordable food in Nigeria. Yes, we can address all our issues if we prioritise and start measuring success based on how well we fulfil our own needs, rather than how we meet European raw material demands.

A foreign asset is what we call a snitch. This means that Tinubu is a collaborator with the CIA, providing intelligence to the CIA and supporting its operations. "Active" means he is currently a snitch; currently collaborating and providing the CIA with information or intelligence. Do you understand the ramifications of a sitting president being an active asset? Instead of using the video with that specific title to educate Nigerians on the dangers of Tinubu being an active agent, he spits BS. Talking all his "imperialism", "colonialism", "neo-colonialism", "capitalism", "liberalism", "neo-liberalism", and "resistance", "revolution", "pan-Africanism", etc. but all to deflect from the real issues. The video had a specific title but failed to address the objective of the title. Seun talked about everything and everybody but "Tinubu as a CIA active asset". Seun is talking about those whose children are citizens of other countries (foreign citizenship) and have overseas business interests (foreign business). How is it the same as someone being a "foreign asset"? The differences are miles apart. I have always insisted that Seun is no activist or liberator but a decoy and tribalist. He is deceiving those who think he is different. Go back and watch his videos, especially from after the 2023 Presidential elections and you would see the trend of deflecting on issues involving Tinubu. He has done that in this video too; he had the time to attack others but not Tinubu, his brother.People are distracted and deceived by the fact that he's Fela's son and must be like his father. Seun is far from being like Fela. I will continue to call Seun out as fake and a triablist. Do not fall for his MOP bullshit. He accuses others of jealousy but he is jealous like Sowore. Seun, and Sowore are serving the same role - attack the opposition as not being credible like those in power ("They are all the same argument"). The main target in the opposition group is Peter Obi.
@seun Kuti omo does it not feel like most people who were praising all these people in Nigeria during the Abacha era standing against Abacha were all in CIA payroll roaster. Na wa oooh imagine if the reality of Abacha loot, na sey Abacha wanted to pay off all IMF loans because he was against it right from the beginning (Abacha Ideology until he died was that of Indigenisation Policy and not Free Market) , but the western financial institutions refused to collect the funds, instead they argued that we must abide by the agreement we signed. In the agreement Nigeria signed, Nigeria had to pay instalments for a period of years and he left it for them in bank accounts that when ever they are ready they should collect their money…. Imagine the deceit we have been living in since the death of Abacha 🫣😳
Yea, pronouns like he, she, they, even it. It’s the same word for every gender in yoruba. But if you want to be specific there are words for male (okunrin/ako) or female (obinrin/abo). For example, if you want to say “he said” you’d say “o sope”, if you also want to say “she said”, you’d say “o sope” as well. No difference. Except you’re talking to an elderly person, in that case you’d replace the “o” with “won”. In a nutshell, we exalt age supremacy above gender supremacy.
Also, Sons and Daughters are equally called Omo (child). If you want to be more specific, you can now say “Omo okunrin” as a more descriptive word for a boy child and “Omo obinrin” as a more descriptive word for a girl child. But it’s usually just “child”.
Lastly, the word for sibling is also not gendered. It’s just egbon for older siblings and aburo for younger siblings. I think the only gendered words are “mother and father” “iya and baba” and “husband and wife”, “oko and iyawo”.
Bro, you interesting no be small. But seriously, you can add a slight touch of humility how you approach impacting knowledge to your people. Now, to deal with the elephant in the room; how can you liberate people who dont know that they are enslaved. To achieve what you are suggesting can only be achieved when culture has been preserved and the people are willing to search for the truth. E.g I recently found out the Esu the Yoruba deity is not Satan. The few people I brought this up with don't agree. The brainwash is STRONG An insight to Esu The Yoruba religion does not have a single deity equivalent to the Devil in Christianity. However, the orisha Eshu is often misunderstood as the Yoruba equivalent of the Devil due to early Christian missionary translations. Eshu is a complex and multifaceted deity in Yoruba mythology. While he is often associated with trickery, chaos, and the unknown, he is not inherently evil. In fact, Eshu plays a crucial role in Yoruba cosmology as a messenger between the divine and human realms. He is often invoked in prayers and offerings to ensure that messages reach the other orishas. It is important to note that Eshu is not a fallen angel or a force of evil. He is a powerful orisha with the ability to both create and destroy. His association with chaos and the unknown can be seen as a reflection of the complexities of human nature and the unpredictable nature of the universe. Therefore, it is inaccurate to equate Eshu with the Devil. While Eshu may embody some characteristics that could be seen as negative in a Western context, he is a vital and revered figure in Yoruba spirituality. We need to go back the beginning.
Seun Kuti, am your hardcore fans, but I disagree with the issues of boy and girl... Please explain to where how did the word Odomokunrin and Odomobinrin came into existence? Please educate me I'll love to learn.
This your topic just expose your level of literacy. Guy you no know much calm down. Our languages have gender titles stop misleading people, if you don't know go and ask your elders. Igbo's call son - okpara and female - ada.

Please stop smoking. I can hear hoarseness in your voice. It is not a good sign. Stop smoking and seek for smoking cessation help. Thanks for the education Seun.
Boy: Omokunrin or Omodekunrin Girl: Omobinrin or Omodebinrin You need to learn your own culture before you criticize the Western influences. Those have always been in use before the West invaded our land.
You are contradicting reality. Even in European language, when a woman give birth to baby, people still ssk of the gender, as to sense of baby boy, like Yoruba will say "omo obirin". Omo qualities aĺ l genders, just the way "child and baby" qualities all genders. So, do not contradic sense .
This is crap , everyone is talking less of the injustice in Nigeria and Africa at large and we are busy talking black slavery, Nigeria and Africa is the most free society but corruption and nepotism is killing our society, before u start talking of white this and that, firstly , start dealing with tribalism and ethnic racism in Nigeria.
Bro where you’re mistaking is forgetting that in African culture we have difference and one of them is certain group of us named our communities after our fathers ( father land ) and a certain groups named it after our mothers (mother land) nothing facist about it. Africans have always known the difference, in my language a boy is okpia and a girl is okwo we don’t mix it up ever. I love and respect the movement but pls take correction your opinion on this matter is a very serious misrepresentation of our collective opinion as a people
Okpia is man not a boy. Okhuo is woman not a girl. There's no word for girl or boy in Esan. Go and learn before you use sentence like omokpia as son/boy and omokhuo as girl/daughter.
@ bro that isn’t even the point. Baba Seun made a comment about trump upholding European culture and something about Africans not being particular about the gender before Europeans came into the picture. When you say gender whether you’re talking about a child or an adult we as Africans have always had a clear distinction who’s male and who’s female. Both genders have nva been exactly equal in Africa ever!! Ever heard of a female Oba, Sultan or Enogie? Or was any of our esan ancestors transgender in any stories you were told as a child? I’m more interested in knowing why baba seun is sounding leftist, this is disturbing as he’s an African intellectual I really respect. Who in their right mind would want a camala Harris making reckless decisions that would most likely end the world in a nuclear show down?
@@Thejoker20203 ever heard of a male queen in Esan land or anywhere? Seun is not even leftist, obviously you only listened to him to criticize and not to understand. He's not in support of Kamala or Trump, he even said the people should go for the third party. I don't know if is the first time you're hearing or listening to his live. I've know him on social media since 2016 before he started the live birds eye view session on Instagram, the NRM days before MOP... in many places in Africa, Nigeria in particular women have ascend the throne as paramount leader. Most of the stories you hear today about Esan or other African people are stories of when we have fallen. Do you know stories of over 2000 years ago?
Totally disagree with the idea that there was no gender connotation in Africa. What's gender Man and woman like you said. This viewpoints of yours is distorted

Okunrin and Obinrin
man and woman, if you check google translate too it's the same thing.. i don't think we boy or girl in our language.. abo or ako is male or female.
@seun Kuti omo does it not feel like most people who were praising all these people in Nigeria during the Abacha era standing against Abacha were all in CIA payroll roaster.
Na wa oooh imagine if the reality of Abacha loot, na sey Abacha wanted to pay off all IMF loans because he was against it right from the beginning (Abacha Ideology until he died was that of Indigenisation Policy and not Free Market) ,
but the western financial institutions refused to collect the funds, instead they argued that we must abide by the agreement we signed.
In the agreement Nigeria signed, Nigeria had to pay instalments for a period of years and he left it for them in bank accounts that when ever they are ready they should collect their money….
Imagine the deceit we have been living in since the death of Abacha 🫣😳
Bro wait a minute, you supported camala Harris???💔
Is it true that there is no word for male and female in yoruba? Because I am surprised
Maybe in yoruba land, in igbo land we the male gender is somewhat highly recognized
@@chijiokedaniel3859 yea I think it’s a yoruba thing. Is there a word for son in Igbo (one word I mean).
Una still Dey listen to this 2 face 😅
As he nor go ever support ur fraud Peter obi, na 2 face.. we like am like that
Dont mind them. All them obi is boy. Obiediot.😅@@oseemma9869
when we you start the movement make put hand for everything
Bro, you interesting no be small. But seriously, you can add a slight touch of humility how you approach impacting knowledge to your people. Now, to deal with the elephant in the room; how can you liberate people who dont know that they are enslaved. To achieve what you are suggesting can only be achieved when culture has been preserved and the people are willing to search for the truth. E.g I recently found out the Esu the Yoruba deity is not Satan. The few people I brought this up with don't agree. The brainwash is STRONG An insight to Esu
The Yoruba religion does not have a single deity equivalent to the Devil in Christianity.
Those are two or even 3 words put as one
Odo - youth
Omo - child
Okunrin - man
So you see you're wrong.
This man doesnt believe in yoruba nation and leaving this contraption. What do you expect we do? Yoruba nation is the only way, but they say no.
This your topic just expose your level of literacy. Guy you no know much calm down.
Our languages have gender titles stop misleading people, if you don't know go and ask your elders. Igbo's call son - okpara and female - ada.
ako ati abo ...
Gender is male and female
You people are too ignorant and too dull to even listen. He's talking about the breakdown of the word for boy and girl. Or you don't know that man and woman is different from male and female and also different from boy and girl?
Una no wan learn anything.
Please stop smoking. I can hear hoarseness in your voice. It is not a good sign. Stop smoking and seek for smoking cessation help.
Thanks for the education Seun.
Last last nah audience be baby so
You be mums ode, nursery school teacher. Talk of cia bro.
I promise to compose a song with your name SEUN KUTI, I know one day you rule this country 🇳🇬
Seun!! You too dey cap!! Which is fascists again! Baba you’re always speaking without wisdom
Na CNN and BBC you dey listen to aswr
Boy: Omokunrin or Omodekunrin
Girl: Omobinrin or Omodebinrin
You need to learn your own culture before you criticize the Western influences. Those have always been in use before the West invaded our land.
There's a word for boy and girl in my language. I don't understand what seun is yapping about
I think he meant pronouns
there is in Hausa oo. and i'm not even hausa. @@bennydooshima
@@emmanuelalexander3935. Well, there’s none for Yoruba so I think he’s talking from a Yoruba point of view.
He's not talking about male and female oooo....get the point.

For the first time, You’re not making sense to me defending transgender by saying boy and girl is not important
Judas 😂😂😂
I respect your opinion on a lot of things, but yoy obviously dont have a clue about this 2024 US election. There is a lot you haven't researched on.
Say gender names dont exist in Yoruba only. Stop saying Africa.
Talking is part of making a change. JMO
Well I understand his point, me I know say no be where I de think am go nai baba de talk about.. it’s all love ❤Africa
You be mumu seun
David Hundeyin's efforts with the FOIA lawsuit actually forced an official response from CIA, which is usable evidence as opposed to just "common knowledge" and assumptions
