Thank you for explaining how long it takes the technician to make these prescription eye glasses. What if you ordered eye glasses 3 months ago. Without any response. I even emailed the Corporate Office regarding the glasses ordered. No one responded. What do I now do?
Sorry to hear that Monica! Without knowing the details of the company you purchased from i'd say keep contacting them for updates. Some manufacturers do have longer turnaround times than others but should still keep customer's notified of their order status. I ordered my bifocal Ray-Ban glasses with express delivery option expecting them in 2-3 weeks and today received an email saying they would be coming tomorrow. This is after 3 days! Is this even possible? I ordered in the UK
It's possible! It depends on the lens and frame features as well as the prescription! If you went with a clear, lined bifocal lens in a simple frame design, then it could happen. Hopefully, they work great for you!
My glasses are transitional and progressive, and I have astigmatism. When I picked up my glasses they neglected to have the sunglass feature so new lenses were ordered and ready in 24 hrs... but the lenses are not right. They are stronger and they strain my eyes. I paid over 600 for these lenses and my store is pushing back. I don't blame the doctor, but I think they lenses are wrong -- esp with a 24 hr turnaround. does this make sense?
Perfect sense! There are many factors at play as to why a set of prescription lenses does or doesn't work for one person over another.
