All I know is that he was 19, was a private, and was shot by machine gun fire and died in this battle. It's alright it doesn't upset me as neither me or my dad met him and I never met my grandad on my dads side so I don't know anyone who met him. Although his story interests me.

yeah you can really tell how well the Italians are going to do depending on how fast they take the church. if you need an airship then you can expect a slow and painful defeat

The annoying thing about this map is that in phase 4 of Austro-Hungarian Point B, if all defenders are in the bunker, it can take three battalions, which is a whole game, which is not fair to the attackers, so it needs to be improved

My great grandfather,Genuario Arenella,was an italian soldier in the "Ragazzi of '99",and he fought in that battle. Luckily he didn't die in the war,but of heart attack after the war. I don't know much of him,just that he used a rifle (possibly a carcano M91) with a bayonet,and killed just some austro-hungarian soldiers. Maybe one day i will ask my grandpa some more info of him

every Battlefield creates the best movie scenes everytime... I once had one: I was whit my whole squad and many other people hiding into a house waiting for some sort of orders, then we started hearing a "ffiiiiIiiIIIIIIIIII- *KABOOM* " The house got destoyed and everyone died except of me

No what we're saying is we're already dealing with underage players in battlefield 1 that can't shoot for shit, can't capture a sector in operations, and possibly the worst offense at all couldn't spot a mark V tank that it left a track mark across the back of their skull.
Many of these men died for their country that joined because they were promised land that had long been considered Italian. However in the end, they only gained around half of the land they were promised. These soldiers died for nothing and after the war, their countries economy was completely destroyed. What a waste of countless valuable lives.
You can make a remaster or no hud of Empire's edge because the Italin Verttili rifle is being added in the game but you need to wait for the Russian Dlc

the tank could not possibly go that fast. WW1 tanks had max speed of around 5-6mph.
Although really cool, that Italian Submachine is a product of Post WW1, not an participants in the War.
