If you prefer cameras and a better display, go for the gt2 pro. Although they have the same main sensors (imx 766), phone cameras nowadays just equalize on how they process their photos. It seems that the gt2 processess photos better than the neo3. Plus, it offers 8k videos, and has a 2k display. 150 wide angle is there for the gt2 pro, and the macro (microscopic camera) is way better than the neo 3. OIS is also offered at any video resolution, which is capped at 1080p 60 at the neo 3. On the other hand, the neo 3 does have a headphone jack, and a faster chargind speed compared to the gt2 pro's 65 watts. Overall, just get what you feel like getting. You can't go wrong with the two.

One of the factor on why I will sacrifice redmi note 11 pro or even upcoming poco f series and instead pick realme 9 pro plus. Realme ui is better than miui, and i already heard and saw this many times through reviewers in youtube and websites. Plus, i had used realme ui 1.0 & now, miui 12.5.something on my redmi 9.

it's more fair to compare it with the GT2 I think, I'm waiting for the review to and hoping @TechTablets can make a quick compare between the camera's and overal usage and performance? I was thinking this was the GT2 instead of the Pro version lol
Hi, quite a bit more grip to it and no smudges and fingerprints is great. However for some I can see them saying it doesn't feel as premium this finish.
Another thing, Chris. Do you plan to make a video on MIUI 13 on Android 12? I just got it yesterday on Xiaomi 11T, but it is so underwhelming. Just a few improvements, but nothing significant. At least not to the eye.
Now this one avilable on Aliexpress for 370$ + coupon + cashback. So can be 340$ or maybe even 330$, for this price it's just best-buy I think! I mean, Redmi Note 12 5G PRO looks bad for same price! But Realme just released it 1 year ago, when Redmi Note 12 series available on global market only now! Looks like Xiaomi slowly losing to opponents like Realme. What do you think man? Maybe you can do the comparison between GT2 PRO and Redmi Note 12 5G PRO+ or just PRO version?
Sounds like all the Samsung 4nm fabbed chips are a hot mess, and performance varies quite a bit. I hear the SD8 Gen 1+ will be fabbed at TSMC's 4nm foundry and should be better, at least until Samsung fixes their quality issues.

I would appriciate a answer, thanks a lot!
Bad weather so so photos don’t look great but yes the main camera and ultra wide are good. Marco is a microscope style so very detailed but only 3MP. Compared to S20FE I think the main sensor and ultra is better here but maybe not the video compared to the S20FE.
@@Techtablets Thanks a lot for the info, photo's are the most importend and video's can be improved by software I think!?
I'm gonna pre-order this phone thanks to you, couldn't use to samsung UI anyway after having a oneplus 6 for 3-4 years
@@Techtablets ultra wide is 8mp on the realme instead of 12mp on the S20FE, doesn't matter anyway?
@@SdeGeus The UW it's 50 mp not 8mp
Well done realme... Top phone!
Considering the price difference, which would you recommended between this and the s22 plus? Is this difference in software really that large?
That's a hard one without having tested the S22 Plus myself. IF you want to save some cash I would get this GT2 Pro but also the GT2 I'm currently working on is great for the current early bird price.
@@Techtablets yeah I understand thanks for answering, In general would you say the realme UI software experience is reliable in comparison to other more established software experiences such as the one UI on the Samsung phones?
Does it have HDR support in streaming apps?
Which one better in screen? Xiaomi 12 pro or realme gt 2 pro
I prefer the GT 2 Pro screen since it's flat and no colour shift, the Xiaomi 12 Pro curved screen is still good but the GT 2 Pro's is better in use.
What are your thoughts after a month?
Very good overall only weakness is the cameras aren’t as good as an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy. But still the main camera is very good !
Great review! 👍
Thanks!
Q. The Realme GT2 Pro or the Pixel 6a for $100 less?
Hi there, if be honest do u prefer use iPhone or Android phone?
IPhone for video quality and battery life. But then Android for everything else.
@@Techtablets unfortunately 120 hz refresh screen only with iPhone 13 pro or max, simply 13 doesn't have, but pro or max it's over price
Hi thanks for the video. That looks fancy. But I was just wondering how is update situation going to be ? There many phone in market but most of them does not give enough android update. Because of that samsung and xiaomi looks best option to me.
4 years support
Australian accent is cool mate !
Well New Zealand accent but they are very similar
@@Techtablets my bad. You get the feeling
Yes 100% it’s far better now than MIUI, less bugs just way faster and overall less bloated.
Hello
The battery test was done in 120 hertz WQHD or FHD?
🙏🏽
1440p 120hz
Hi Chris. How about the Wifi connection or the antenna. is it good? I remember you also review it on your videos and now im wondering the wifi review is not visible here. I reall had a like on this phone but i need to know if it jas good wifi antenna and connection
Hi I never had a issues with it
Do you recommend the S20Fe 5G or this phone??
it's more fair to compare it with the GT2 I think, I'm waiting for the review to and hoping @TechTablets can make a quick compare between the camera's and overal usage and performance? I was thinking this was the GT2 instead of the Pro version lol
How about battery life compared to ordinary GT 2?
How much more grip did you feel this has relative to a normal glass back?
This is the phone I've been looking at. Been waiting for the global edition.
Hi, quite a bit more grip to it and no smudges and fingerprints is great. However for some I can see them saying it doesn't feel as premium this finish.
@@Techtablets Thanks!
Its a real good looking tablet. I need a phone though, which is easiliy hold and put in pockets 😃
Xiaomi 12X?
Another thing, Chris. Do you plan to make a video on MIUI 13 on Android 12? I just got it yesterday on Xiaomi 11T, but it is so underwhelming. Just a few improvements, but nothing significant. At least not to the eye.
No plans to make a dedicated video on it sorry, so far MIUI 13 has been laggy and full of bugs for me.
Well, I'm sure The new features & Stability will be back with few stable updates.
I hope so!
What app do you use for the battery health? It seems like every one of these new phones advertises 5KmAh but actually hold 10% less
It’s apart of Antutu under the battery tab of the benchmark
Audio bit rate makes it sound a bit scratchy. Hope they fix that.
Nice Review, i really like it but i dont know if i should go for the glass or the paper version. Would you take this paper finish over the glas one?
I like the paper matte finish it feels different and no smudges or fingerprints.
@@Techtablets does the glass really a finger print magnet?
Sounds like all the Samsung 4nm fabbed chips are a hot mess, and performance varies quite a bit. I hear the SD8 Gen 1+ will be fabbed at TSMC's 4nm foundry and should be better, at least until Samsung fixes their quality issues.
Samsung nowadays have a reputation for creating stupid low quality phones
Please make a comparison video to the Xiaomi 12 Pro, seriously considering one of them as my new phone, thank you :)
Hi yes I might do 😎
Hello, very nice video!!what is your opinion about changing oneplus 8 pro for this one?is it worth it or not? Also about NIGHT photography...which one is better...gt2 pro or samsung s22 PLUS?Thanks in advance !!
I think the S22 Plus with night shots. If it's anything like my S22 Ultra. GT2 Pro is an upgrade over the OP 8 Pro yes.
Thanks very much. I had the last year's s21 ultra and it was getting very warm after normal use... Messenger... Instagram... And 5 minutes photos for example.. So i sold it after 3 weeks and got the op 8pro... Thats why i am cautious in going back to samsung... Definitely not to the ultra one(it's too big and... Expensive) ... And i am between the gt2 pro... S22 plus (if its not getting hot)... Or op10 pro when it goes global..
can realme ui support gestures on third party launchers like nova launcher?
I bought this phone to replace my pixel 6 as even the camera the best I've ever had in my entire life. But, the charging speed is the worst almost 2 hours, many android 12 bugs, poor connectivity either wifi 6e or Bluetooth and so much other issues like the battery does not last...Thank you for the review, y're one of the best honest reviewers.
2 hours for charging in 65 w charger.
@@aswanthrs5598 Realme Gt 2 in 30 minutes 100%, Pixel 6 in almost 2hours either 65 watt or sthing else.
I'm thinking to get the Realme or Pixel 6 Pro. What would you recommend? It seems the Pixel doesn't have a good battery but many nice (camera) features
@@KTASpawn yes true. Battery issues with pixel 6 phones it doesn't last long and the charging speed was so slow, got bit better after April update! These pixels phones are like experiments.
@@mouhabuntu you prefer the Realme over the Pixel?
Redmi K50 or Realme GT 2 Pro

I have a big question about this device
I want to know what phone company is it compatible with in United States?
Where I buy it says that is whit T mobile but I'm not sure.
Who can answer this question
Lounch date in saudi arab? Can you tell me
Sorry I'm not sure.
0:46 its screen is LTPO 2.0, not E4
Samsung E4 panel. It's written on the official spec sheet I got from Realme.
Is the camera better than Galaxy S21 FE?
Main and ultra wide stills are yes but not video quality I feel
@@Techtablets thankyou so much, I think I'll choose the GT 2 Pro!
RIP S21 FE
man realme really stepped up more than xiaomi now,
i might migrate to that, but its hard for me to migrate from ir blaster tho
it launches in our country for 550$ ( intro price )
for its specs you cannot beat that for now.
Yes a very good price
Does it have wifi calling??
The price does not hold in Europe. It's a bit over 1100 USD
649 euro launch price is not $1100 USD. 649 euros is about 707 USD.
Hi. Can u please review gt2 too?
Yes coming with a comparison to this GT2 Pro!
Is it good if i change from a galaxy s10 to one of this?
Yes a good upgrade for you especially the jumó from 60hz to 120hz
