In an interaction with Murali Sundaram at Pune Machine Tool Expo, Ravi Bhintade, Assistant General Manager, Zonal -Head Maharashtra, MICROMATIC MACHINE TOOLS PRIVATE LTD expressed his gratitude to Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers'​ Association for organizing a successful #PMTX2024 and providing them a platform to network with #industrypeers.
Speaking on the training of the company’s sales team, Bhintade emphasized the importance of customer response. He highlighted that AceMicromatic Group has a strong #salesnetwork with offices in over #70locations across India and dedicated, #trainedsalespeople by model and product, which enables them to understand #customerrequirements and offer solutions accordingly.
He also added that AceMicromatic Group has recently opened a warehouse in Pune to provide prompt spare support, with a mean time to repair (#MTTR) of less than two hours and spare supply within #24 hours.
Presently ‪@acemicromatic‬ has eight #techcenters across India, with one in Aurangabad and Pune for Maharashtra and one in Rajkot for Gujarat. These centers conduct #preordertrials for #criticalcomponents, #feasibilitychecks, and #operatortraining, as well as support CSR activities by training diploma and ITI holders and placing them with customers in need of operators.
