Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 is a real-time strategy video game developed by EA Los Angeles and published by Electronic Arts.
Like the previous entries in the Red Alert series, the game is set in an alternate reality from World War II, in which the Western Allies fight the Soviet Union.

In Red Alert 3 the Soviet leadership, facing defeat, goes back in time to kill Albert Einstein and prevent his assistance to the allies, paving the way for Soviet domination in the present. However, as an unintended consequence, a third world power, the Empire of the Rising Sun, is created and all three sides go to war.

The three factions are playable, with the gameplay involving constructing a base, gathering resources and training armies to defeat other players. Each faction has a fully co-operative campaign, playable with either an artificial intelligence partner or with another player online.

I still don't understand the hate behind this game to this date. One of my fav games of all times
One of the hate i know is because they change ore collecting mechanic. In previous series, miner units are kinda dumb for not mine nearest ore from ore refinery. It should rescan nearest ore after storing to ore refinery. Persinally, i like the change.
Another hate i know is having OP unit and almost every unit has it's own ability.
Preach brother. No rts game to this day has done ground air and SEA combat so smoothly. Definitely a legendary top rts
They removed the civilians and the atomic bomb. And also there is no game editor included in this game (at least in the game menu.
The intro is epic, however, most of those cinematic arent.
However the gameplay is fun and its jokes as well.
I discovered this game on 2024. Im still with the campain but i can already see that multiplayer rocks!
The global servers are down. You have to have a friend come to your house to use domain internet.

One of the best Multiplayer Games of all time. Fast Gameplay with very genius Micromanagment. This game was so crazy and i played thousends of hours with buddy from all world until EA Games destroy it. F.... EA
I grew up playing this game and still playing to this day. It was also the first ever game I played on PC.

For the whole video, I was most interested in this wall around the refinery.
It's usually done to protect the harvester against terror drones, since walls will not hold any attacking force, but even then it's usually best to place any repair facility nearby
@@bohdanherasymenko7569 I seen enough PVP matches in Command & Conquer to know why they use walls. I'm more interested in what kind of paranoid professional attack this is, given that this refinery was the last building that bots would touch.
I used to play this game on 2017s
But it is not good RA2. RA2 is the best

Gosh, they did such a good job of making a person so dislikable.. say what you will about gameplay, but Red Alert 3 had tacky over the top characters down to a science
Bro try to play apocalypse mountain map, full brutal AI versus you, and you're on the center of the map

RA3 was the first C&C game I never finished. I just couldn't get into it. I think I finished the first two factions but not the third one.
Played the game for 10 min then i quit. tried again after a few years and got the same result.. it doesnt feel like home, like red alert 2 was !
It's a good game, but it's not a Command and Conquer game in spirit. It feels like it focuses on reflexes more than stratagem, really.
As an old fan of C&C franchise the cartoonish graphics were like a punch to the face, i also had problems with the excesive micro, i didn´t feel it like a proper Red Alert, once i got used to that i had a lot of fun, the game is really good but just not my cup of tea like the classics or even Tiberium Wars/Kane´s Wrath.
Strangely, after so many years it feels better now than when it was released, i can´t believe how little the RTS genre has evolved.

16 years ago. feel like a life time ago. a new faction: Fascist Japan was introduced to Red Alert series.
the allies are definitely a more powerful faction but the commies were still pretty competitive tho the communist girls like V4 and MiG did not get much respect.
Now, it is time to introduce a new branch faction PUTIN.
That and Ivana Milicevic.

@@jarredkrum9894 nice. The commanders challenge was a 10$ game in the ps store, loved that game too. I’m probably going to get another ps3 for fight night and command and conquer.

RA3 could have been a great game, but sadly it's not. It just doesn't feel right, probably the art. Seems like a downgrade from RA2
