The vocal unit gets the most lines because that is what they are mainly there for hence the word *vocal* unit, the rap line is there for rap, but if they don't get to rap they usually still get lines which is fair. The songs are only but so long. If you want to here more of The8, or Jun, just request them to do a solo song, but it isn't realistic to expect them to get a bunch of lines when it isn't their job to sing.

If the producer thinks that their voice isn't stable enough or doesn't really fit the song, they will end up with not much lines. Also, sometimes it can be the idol's decision if they want more lines or not so yeah..
