No one could ever match Huawei's hardware. My friend just for a iPhone 15pro and honestly when we compare pictures, especially zoom and night pictures, my P40 Pro's is better. 4 years later and my Huawei is still trading blows with cameras of phones that were just launched.
I visited Huawei store yesterday at the NU Sentral, KL and they have the Huawei P60 on display. Checked out the P60 non-Pro and it has stunning camera. I did a simple point-and-shoot with the P60 and my OnePlus 9 Pro for comparison, and the image taken from the P60 is much clearer than the OnePlus. I can even read the small writings on the sign with the P60 but not with the OnePlus. The Rococo Pearl back panel looks unique, and it feels smooth like silk. It did not leave any fingerprints. The front display is also tough since it is made with Kunlun glass. It supports Lighthouse, so Google features are supported. The only downside to me is that the network is capped at 4G. There is no 5G for P60, which is a deal breaker to me.

The Main camera of Huawei P60 pro is run on aperture f/1.4 (highest compare with other smartphone competitor) i think that the main reason can capture good detail in low/dark light condition as well nice creamy bokeh. Is like having a DSLR with Sigma lense. Just my opinion.😊
Hi guys! I'm a little late with the comments here. I'm a Samsung fan and it's time to upgrade. The new Samsungs - S23 / S24 don't impress me with the design - in fact I like aesthetics and curved displays..so I'm thinking of moving over to Huawei P60 pro because the cameras seem really great, and the fast charging times are leaps ahead of Samsung. How are software updates and managing without Google Services? Has anyone moved from Samsung. I will also miss Samsung Pay and Samsung notes which is quite a sacrifice, but for now I'm willing to make the trade off.
Update. I tried with a P50 pro but I just couldn't get some stuff to work so I returned it. Also in terms of the camera, after shooting Samsung Note 10 and P50 pro side by side, I prefer the photos of the Samsung. Maybe in a lab analysis environment, the Huawei rates high, but I'm practical use, for me personally, I liked the look of the Note 10 pics. And that's a 4 year old phone! Of course zoom and low light might be better on the Huawei but for daytime landscapes, it's Samsung flagship for me.

Hi, yes huawei has its own backup know as Huawei backup whick might be in ur p30 pro. But if u trying to transfer all ur data from old huawei to new huawei phone, there is an easy way. Just connect both phones to the same wifi and enter "phone clone" (app present in all huawei devices) select all the data from old phone and transfer it to new phone, it will copy and paste exact apps, data and settings to ur new phone It's the fastest process depending on the size of info For me it took around 30mins for 110gb from p30pro to p50pro

Great phone even with a year old processor and no 5G by default ( huawei got additional case for 5G if u really need it). Google apps is not a problem here
What is missing for me in p60 pro is no series photos in pro Mode. This is really hard for me and I cant find any apk when I can do 30-600 photos with my manual preferences. I really don't like it.

I would love to try back huawei. Used to own p20 pro and the google-less mate 30. That p20 pro especially the reason all manufacturer get their shit together in camera department. Yes at 4699 ringgit might be a bummer that it has no 5G but then again, maxis also do not have 5g so i guess 4g is fine lol (my maxis plenty fast and signal just about everywhere so i guess its fine). For the google stuff, i do have google one subscription for whole family. So im curious with the lighthouse / gbox implementation will make the sync work. Base on some other channel, it should work with no issue. The real bummer is that, maybe I also should wait for iphone 15 release, as an excuses to go back to iphone. my last iphone was 12 mini but did not love it much. lol. And maybe huawei should have stay with Kirin cpu, better battery life. Their p50 pro has better battery life than p60 pro, check out TechNick benchmark.

I saw a lot of reviews before and they showed how the cameras had a lot of problems and not even as good as the p50. It is obvious that Honor/Huawei have DXO Mark is in their back pocket as they always win but all the reviewers show that they are NOT the best
No smartphone camera is perfect and these days, different people prefer different styles. So if you say the P60 Pro comes with a lot of problems, perhaps you can share with us what one of those problem is? But, this was two months ago near release day, so maybe just needed some updates. I would love to see some camera compraisons. Must say the recent pics I've seen and the ones I got to take in store look better than before.
