For this pattern you will need 4 different yarn colours.
2 of them should be a fine weight yarn which we'll be using a 2.5mm hook with and the other 2 colours should be a light weight yarn which we'll be using a 3.5mm hook with.
    Written pattern:
Start with the middle colour (the fine weight yarn) and your 2.5mm crochet hook.
    Make a magic circle.
    Row 1: 9sc into magic circle (9)
Slip stitch into the first stitch (this stitch does NOT count as a stitch)
    Row 2: inc around (18)
Change colours on the last stitch as shown in the video
Use the other fine weight yarn colour
Slip stitch into the first stitch (this stitch does NOT count as a stitch)
    Row 3: sc around (18)
Switch to the colour you want to use for the petals
Since this yarn is the light weight yarn, switch to a 3.5mm hook
Slip stitch into the first stitch (this stitch does NOT count as a stitch)
    Row 4: Hdc around
Slip stitch into the first stitch (this stitch does NOT count as a stitch)
    Row 5: * sc, 5dc*
Repeat * * until the end of the row
Slip stitch into the first stitch (this stitch does NOT count as a stitch)
Cut the yarn and weave in the ends. Make 2 of these flowers. On one of them we're going to add the ruffles. This will be the front piece of the pouch and the flower without the ruffles will be the back piece
Grab the outer middle colour and the 2.5mm hook again and go through the loops (holes) of the 2nd and 3rd row (see video to see what I mean).
Row 6: sc around into those holes (18)
Slip stitch into the first stitch (this stitch does NOT count as a stitch)
Row 7: 3hdc into the back loop of each stitch
Slip stitch into the first stitch (this stitch does NOT count as a stitch)
Grab the middle colour and single crochet into the front loops of the same stitches we worked into on row 7.
    Row 8: sc around
Once both flowers are done, grab the last yarn colour and your 3.5mm hook. Lay the flowers on top of each other, wrong side facing each other.
Single crochet around the rim to attach the 2 pieces. In between each flower petal put a slip stitch instead of a single crochet. Continue single crocheting around until you get to the last 2 petals.
Continue single crocheting but only on the front piece. This will create an opening on the top which makes this a pouch!
Single crochet the first flower petal, then slip stitch into the stitch in between the petals. Chain 4 and slip stitch into that stitch again. Finish the second flower petal with single crochets and then put a slip stitch into the corner on the front and then also one on the back. Single crochet around the flower petal on the back and inbetween the petals put a slip stitch. Then chain 30 to create a string to hang the pouch on. Slip stitch into that same stitch again to attatch the string. Finish single crocheting the last petal and put a slip stitch into the corner.
Cut the yarn and weave in the ends!
You can close the pouch by putting the string through the little hole we made in the front (with the chain 4)!
