Pansy Division with Calvin Johnson - "Jackson" (Sinatra/Hazelwood Cash/Carter cover)

Duets are something we always wanted to do, and this was the perfect vehicle for a proposed duet with Calvin Johnson (Beat Happening). We later stopped by his home studio and recorded a version of "I Really Wanted You" which was the b-side to this single, released on K Records in December 1994.
We also sang this song once with Rhett Miller from the Old 97's in the Cash/Sinatra role when we played a No Vote Left Behind benefit with them in 2004 at the Showbox in Seattle.
Drummer = Lliam Hart. Later released on the 1995 Lookout! Records CD, Pileup.
