The only way I can describe Lucid's playstyle, is as buttery smooth. The aiming, movement, map positioning looks so crazy to me. I don't see any other pros play in that style, it's nuts. Good shit

Sometimes watching Tommy feels like watching the TAS bot used by speedrunner to find the optimal route. The speed he makes decisions and locks on target is crazy😊

honestly your first tip is the best. im on mnk now but when i played controller i came to the same conclusion naturally in halo 3. it all comes down to working your strafe into the shots.

This is random, but does anyone else play with the crappy PowerA controllers? My last one broke so i decided to go cheap and get wired. I am now getting snipes more consistently and feel somewhat less crazy with my reticle. Its probably just me though and I'm trash haha.
Do you have any tips for blank melees and unregistered hit marks?
Get faster Internet, other than that, not your fault.

I literally cannot aim... at my best my ping is at 72.... but it is usually way above that. There is no Ipv6 in my area so I'm stuck playing with ipv4 internet. If I shoot the AR like you did, I WILL miss almost all my shots... main reason I don't play this game since launch.
What I will never understand how pros have the reticle at the head and they get a headshot. Meanwhile I'll have the reticle over the head, shot 5 times and nothing happens

Is your NAT set to open? Mine is moderate and I've been blaming that for all my issues. My melee never lunges (and enemies lunge like 12 feet), my grenades never kill anybody even when they're directly on top of them (their grenades kill me from a mile away), and my shots don't register even when I'm looking exactly at them and pulling the trigger. Even the sniper...
I had open NAT back when I played halo 3. I was a rank 50, and played with the best. I know I'm worse than I used to be, now, but I know what is "bad skill" and what is "bullshit". If only I could show you some things on theater

They are pretty useless now because they’re so easy to evade. Frags are like the best nade now. Dynamos are inconsistent and weak, spikes just do like no damage.
So back to rewarding inaccurate nade placement and being random free kills? No thanks.

Have good wifi is the best tip tbh. Bad wifi means no aim assist.

Curb slide, it's when you drop from a mantleable object into a crouch slide and gives you like 3x as much momentum. Very hard to pull off. Watch Shyway, he is the master.
What are Lucid's zoom sensitivities?!?!?!?!?!

2 acceleration 8 and 8 sens and 0 for both dead zones
My settings are way different but the lower acceleration and matching dead zones make the aim very smooth and consistent highly recommend it if you can get used to it

Cant believe people still play this. Its worse than MCC simply bc MCC has good titles on it. Halo CE - H3 are the only good Halo games. Even H2 Anniversary was botched.
