About your trainer:
Louisa had a wonderfully successful career as a Ballerina for over 10 years while continuing her studies of science of the human body and nutrition at University. She became a certified personal trainer in 2016 where she began training the leading ballerinas in Europe, helping them gain strength, flexibility and confidence. That was the genesis of the TLB method. She retired at the height of her career at 25 to build TLB, train ballerina's and ballet enthusiasts globally and inspire positive change in the ballet industry. TLB evolved form the worlds leading ballerinas and is now available to YOU! Combining the beauty of ballet with correct strength and conditioning training to sculpt a lean, defined, powerful body of a ballerina. This is my current go-to morning flow now I'm not a ballerina. It's also what I take my 72 year old Mum through every time I see here :D I'd love to know how you find the level of the flow so I can create more like this or even better ones

@@TrainLikeaBallerina - I have some back issues so the back-centric stretches were great-loosened me up. So, to answer your question, it was just about right.

I didn't find this beginner friendly at all...
As a beginner (I'm back working out after years of break), I don't have the balance to perform a lot of arms movements while stretching in the morning, sometimes I just need to grab the floor or a chair to keep me in position...also, I would prefer to have some explanantions about the right techinque and good form instead of only music. The time needed to understand the movement by watching is half the exercise.
