Bye Bye Baby up cycle project using Iron Orchid Designs Charlotte stamp

I found this frame and new right away that I wanted to create a project with it. The antique picture was sweet, but I did not know who the baby was and knew that the frame was something that I could use. So I painted a piece of wood in a black paint and then using paint couture Luxe metallic bronze paint and the iron orchid designs. Charlotte stamp I created this project.
