I really like using the Menzerna 400. It creates dust but the cut and shine is very good. You should try a forced-drive machine with a medium pad because your paint still doesn't look convincing.
too much product wrong polisher and pad for that bonnet, roraty with wool pad then rotary with hard foam pad get that all shiney in a couple of passes.
I used a lot of menzerna compounds I used this the other wk I found it a bit dusty I had a bad paint job to I used there wool pad on a da. It did cut well and is aggressive compound but 3d is much less dusty but I do love the menzerna cut force pro For one step enhancement

KCx H8.02 / H9.02 is phenomenal compound. The cut and finish for an aggressive compound is right up Theo as 1 of thee best around .
