I just passed the test yesterday 10/28/2021. Thank you for all the videos to help me to pass the test and its really helpful! I want to share my experience to everybody. My appointment was 9:30am and I checked in at 9:15am. I waited for 15min before they call me to do the interview. The officer was very nice, he first asked me 6 questions... 1. what does the constitution do? 5. What do we call the first ten amendments to the constitution 7. how many amendments does the constitution have? 13. Name one branch or part of the government? 45. What are two major political parties in the united states? 61.Why did the colonists fight the British? Oral: who lives the White House? written: the president lives in the White House. For N400, he did asked a lot questions about my personal information because I want to change my name. He asked about my occupation, kids, husband, previous addresses and asked part 12 of n400 but no vocabulary questions for me (thank God!). He gave me a paper saying that “a decision cant be made” because he said that he needs to show it to his superior and then they will send a letter when is the schedule of my oath of allegiance. We finished at exactly 10:20am. I hope this information help you guys! Just relax and study well. Its better to watch videos like this and and review the civic test and your N400. Sure! First, make sure you're not more than 15 min early from your appointment time. Due to Covid, they won't let you in the building. Once in the building, you'll be directed to a receptionist who will check your paper, the one they requested you to bring on your appointment letter. After verification, they'll issue you a number and ask you to wait in the waiting room for your number to be called. Now, the officer will call you, take you to his office where the interview will take place. The key is to remain calm and make a small talk with the officer that help in case you're nervous. For the most part they're very nice. They'll explain to you the process of the interview the different steps that'll take place and make sure you don't have any questions prior to begin the interview. The first part of the interview starts when you meet the officer, the small talk you make can already serve as the speaking part of the interview since it shows the officer how well you speak and understand him, so don't be stress out but just be aware that they're not there to make you failed. Next part, for the verification of your information on the IPad. Next, was the civic questions, I was asked: 1. What is the name of the national anthem, 2. What is the name of the president, 3. Name one of the two longest rivers in the US, 4. What is the capital, 5. Name three original states, 6.Name one US territory. So those were the questions i was asked. Also, the officer told me that they can't select the questions anymore, so it's randomly picked by the computer and they have to type the answer in. Next, will be the reading and writing test. They'll ask you to read a sentence from the Ipad and write a sentence that'll be dictated to you. In the end, the officer will issued youthe result and if there is a possibility, they'll ask you if you want to take part of the oath ceremony the same day. No definition was asked, the process was quite smooth. Like I said, making small talk with the officer definitely help😉. Sorry it was long, hope this helps some of you. Happy holiday!

Update here, the officer asked me to write "one hundred" instead of "100", just be aware of it. And I asked for paper and pen, he said everything is digital now, so, try your best.

Sure! First, make sure you're not more than 15 min early from your appointment time. Due to Covid, they won't let you in the building. Once in the building, you'll be directed to a receptionist who will check your paper, the one they requested you to bring on your appointment letter. After verification, they'll issue you a number and ask you to wait in the waiting room for your number to be called. Now, the officer will call you, take you to his office where the interview will take place. The key is to remain calm and make a small talk with the officer that help in case you're nervous. For the most part they're very nice. They'll explain to you the process of the interview the different steps that'll take place and make sure you don't have any questions prior to begin the interview. The first part of the interview starts when you meet the officer, the small talk you make can already serve as the speaking part of the interview since it shows the officer how well you speak and understand him, so don't be stress out but just be aware that they're not there to make you failed. Next part, for the verification of your information on the IPad. Next, was the civic questions, I was asked: 1. What is the name of the national anthem, 2. What is the name of the president, 3. Name one of the two longest rivers in the US, 4. What is the capital, 5. Name three original states, 6.Name one US territory. So those were the questions i was asked. Also, the officer told me that they can't select the questions anymore, so it's randomly picked by the computer and they have to type the answer in. Next, will be the reading and writing test. They'll ask you to read a sentence from the Ipad and write a sentence that'll be dictated to you. In the end, the officer will issued youthe result and if there is a possibility, they'll ask you if you want to take part of the oath ceremony the same day. No definition was asked, the process was quite smooth. Like I said, making small talk with the officer definitely help😉. Sorry it was long, hope this helps some of you. Happy holiday!
