I recently started honey roasting my own pecans and almonds and it is So much better and cheaper than buying it from the grocery stores. Costco has the best price on pecans.
This recipe looks easy and delicious. I'm excited to give it a try with several different kinds of nuts. I'll let you know soon how they work out. Thanks for posting! ⚘
I thank you soo much for this recipe. I just made homemade turtles with these honey roasted pecans and let me tell you, they are the best dang turtles ever made!
You said it! I have tried listening and watching many videos and almost all of them are just chit chatting and not even telling how much of any ingredient they are using!
They always remain a little sticky after cooling. Maybe it depends on the kind of honey. Next time try a little less than I did. Normally when I mix the pecans with the honey, there's barely any extra honey left in the bottom of the bowl. I hope this helps.
I came across your video as I was searching candied pecan recipes and I am going to try yours, thank you for sharing. I went to your channel and I noticed that your videos are silent. I don’t want to be rude or disrespectful but is there a reason why you don’t talk or have any type of music playing? Again not trying to be disrespectful I’m new to your videos I was just curious?

This is the best way to get an even coating I have discovered.

Mixing the cinnamon salt(I sometimes do a little cayenne) with the honey helps coat easier &evenly.
Thanks for the tip, I'll be sure to try that next time I make them.
I normally do a similar recipe with sugar, but I think I'll make half in this style, thanks for the video.

Thank the recipe!❤️
Great video, although I’m still unsure how to mix the pecans with the honey. Recommend a longer demonstration on how to mix the pecans with the honey.
Thank you for your comment. I put the pecans in the bowl with the melted honey and just stir them together. I hope you have success with this recipe.

Thanks for sharing, lemme try.. I got 2 kg pecans in dubai 😂
Coat your spoon with oil...the honey will come right off...what's with the opaque honey?
Thanks for the tip I will do that next time. The honey is the norm here in Germany. I get it from our local beekeeper.
This is creamed honey, not raw, right?
Yes we get it from a local beekeeper here in Germany, but you can use raw honey too.
Cinnamon and butter
😊you DID’NT MAKE ENOUGH 😅
😂 No I didn't. I basically always double this recipe now.

Thank you for your comment. I was inspired by other RUclipsrs who don't use music or extra audio in their videos like Cafe709.
Oh they are on the screen but I didn't get the amount of honey I guess I will just have to go back!
3 tbsp of honey, I've added the rest of the ingredients in the description.
If this works I’m going to get fat
